The opportunity

The Marketing Insights and Performance Senior Analyst will lead the development of scalable frameworks and solutions, connecting technical tools with strategic goals to deliver actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of data frameworks to monitor, analyse, and enhance marketing performance.
- Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Build, deploy, and maintain advanced dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI, Adobe CJA and Marketing tools & applications) to deliver real-time insights.
- Identify, implement, and optimise technical solutions (e.g., Alteryx, SQL) to streamline data workflows and improve efficiency.
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals while identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, presenting complex data insights in a clear and impactful way.
- Collaborate with global, marketing, and business teams to ensure data integration and quality standards.
- Lead deep-dive analyses into customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
- During first three months you will be onboarded to learn the EY ways of operating, including all marketing and analytics processes.
- In the first 12 months, Build and foster relationships with cross functional teams and key business owners.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) for data manipulation and visualisation.
- Data Framework Development: Experience building systems and processes from the ground up to manage marketing data and insights.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in performance analysis and using insights to optimise marketing strategy.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritise complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Communication Mastery: Skilled in presenting technical information to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
- Adaptability: Comfort with rapidly evolving tools and data environments, coupled with a proactive approach to learning.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

Technologies and Tools
- Analytics – Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Marketing Automation – Marketo, Salesforce etc.
- Data Visualization - Power BI or Tableau
- Project management – Agile certified if possible
