The opportunity
The Learning Deployment Specialist Supervising Associate oversees and manages the deployment,planning, delivery and compliance of EY France’s service line and sub-service line programmes. The
person is expected to be involved with cross-service-line learning and other key learning initiativesas they arise. This role promotes overall synergies with the firm’s learning strategies. TheSupervising Associate also manages a range of learning operations functions, including learningadministration, vendor management, budgeting, and client experience management. This role needsto effectively balance working very independently while applying a consultative approach to addressbusiness needs with the right team members on a regular basis.
This role works with and reports to the onshore France’s learning team to create deployment plansthat forecast the number and location of classes/webcasts/eLearnings, identify target learners,outline communication needs, and prepare and assign instructors. A successful candidate will havestrong project management skills and learning operations oversight experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution
- Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc.
- Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate best practices in project management to comply with the firm’s standards
- Effective risk management
- Identify process and product improvement opportunities
- Successful project issue resolution (internal and external)
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects end-to-end
- Manage project billing, utilization, and resource allocation
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project teams effectively and get the best out of them
- Accountable for project deliverables and managing the project team
- Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to drive new learning processes
- Proficient in client expectation management
- Exposure to working with international clients
- Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in learning
- Knowledge to develop high quality technical and strategic presentations and documentations
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed team members, onshore teams andvendor team members
- Demonstrated ability and confidence working with technology and learning new software
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to coordinate multipleprojects/initiatives simultaneously and meet demanding timeframes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiplegroups across learning and the business
- Strong attention to detail and Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ability to support and lead change
- Must have proven track record of successfully juggling competing priorities, multiple projects,and senior stakeholder with varying perspectives
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5-8 years of experience in a program management role
- Experience working with a LMS (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Proficient in advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint (use of pivot tables and vlookup)
- Highly proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 360 and SharePoint
- Excellent oral and written communications
