As a Learning Deployment Specialist - Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in deployment of FY27 Milestones events in Europe, helping our new promotes continuously learn and develop, and contribute to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.

 

 

Milestones programs & locations:

 

  • 9-10 November 2026, NMADP Munich (4 events), Europe West & Europe Central
  • 16-20 November 2026, NMADP/NSMADP Birmingham (2 events), UKI
  • 30 November-4 December 2026, NSMADP Prague (2 events), Europe West & Europe Central

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Lead the end‑to‑end participant and facilitator management for Milestones programs, ensuring cohort readiness, system setup and stakeholder alignment across all delivery activities.
  • Manage participant and facilitator nomination processes in partnership with regions, confirming cohorts in line with program requirements and timelines.
  • Design, launch and manage participant and facilitator registration portals, monitoring responses, following up on non‑responses and managing declines to ensure full coverage.
  • Coordinate and deliver all participant and facilitator communications, providing clear, timely and consistent updates throughout the Milestones lifecycle.
  • Build, review and maintain Milestones SharePoint sites for participants and facilitators, ensuring accurate access to agendas, materials, Train‑the‑Trainer content and key information.
  • Assign, monitor and follow up on pre‑work in SuccessFactors, ensuring participant and facilitator readiness ahead of Milestones delivery.
  • Create and manage Milestones event app content and act as a central point of contact via shared mailboxes, responding to participant and facilitator queries.
  • Allocate classrooms and assign facilitator pairings, ensuring balanced experience, diversity considerations and alignment with venue capacity and program design.
  • Coordinate and support Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and required facilitator accreditations, ensuring delivery readiness and quality standards are met.
  • Manage CE/Calculo processes, including set‑up, facilitator briefing, attendance tracking and awarding CE credits in SuccessFactors for participants and facilitators.
  • Design, launch and summarize participant and facilitator evaluation surveys, providing insights to support continuous improvement of Milestones deployment.
  • Coordinate travel data collection and partner with the Cross‑Border Travel team to support visa guidance and travel processes for participants and facilitators.

 

 

Technical skills

 

  • Fluent English spoken and written to work in an international environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge and application of MS Excel.
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Eye for detail and diligence in quality of deliverables.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
