Job Title: Learning Deployment Specialist
Job Summary:
Talent Services is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR and learning related support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms.
Talent Services supports Europe West (EW) and acts as part of the extended Region Learning team. It is fully integrated with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Learning Global Process Model and initiates learning processes via existing workflow (SNOW intake forms) for execution by CAT and DAT teams.
This role is responsible for the deployment of multiple courses and learning events within one or more curriculum for EY Germany working alongside the Senior Deployment specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. Supports learning administration activities and monitors course feedback and evaluation results.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Responsibilities:
- Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review
- Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors
- Support the operational execution of learning deployment plans, including budget tracking, cost administration and coordination of event-related activities.
- Monitor participant nominations in collaboration with DAT teams.
- Manage learner cancellations, no-shows and missed sessions, including the coordination of alternative training dates and nominations.
- Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and coordinate facilitator logistics and communications
- Support event administration within learning systems by creating event codes, uploading participant data, agendas, and cost documentation, monitoring administrative completion, and facilitating event closure activities.
- Coordinate operational event requirements, including badge production, print requests, participant materials, and other logistical activities required for successful event delivery, where responsibility has been assigned to the Deployment team
- Manage and maintain learning-related SharePoint sites and maintain content relevancy for SL, curriculum, program or course including joining instructions (if required), learner, facilitator information
- Build and maintain close working relationships with EY Germany learning team
- Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Talent Development function
- Ensure appropriate CE credits are awarded to learning participants and instructors, where applicable.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Understanding of EY and EY Talent
- Experience with learning management systems (preferably SuccessFactors Learning).
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
- Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can-do approach and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of one team.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across global and regional teams.
- Drive and deliver quality services and products to Talent
- Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
- Knowledge of existing AI tools and capabilities, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve processes, efficiency, and user experience

- Professional working proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience or specialization in Human Resources is considered an advantage.
Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Learning Operations
- Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
- Working in international and diverse environments
- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning is considered an asset. A strong willingness to learn and build expertise in learning administration systems and processes is essential.
