Learning Deployment Specialist – Supervising Associate – Risk Learning/Cross-Service line Learning

This role offers you the chance to become a key part of our dynamic, virtual Global Learning Deployment team, working from 20+ locations worldwide. As a Supervising Associate, you will play a crucial role in bringing learning content to life for EY professionals, helping them continuously learn and develop, and contributing to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.

 

Role type: Full time, fixed-term for 2 years, maternity leave cove

 

Key responsibilities

  • Support Global deployment projects and activities, launch of Global eLearning, Global Assignments across EY.
  • Support Learning Deployment Manager and Learning Deployment Lead in their priorities and execution.
  • Run learning consumption reports for multiple courses and curriculum for detailed analysis.
  • Liaise with supporting teams around learning administration.
  • Contribute to continuous projects of simplification, automation and digitalization of the processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal practices to best-in-class deployment standards.
  • End-to-end deployment of Global learning courses, through multiple delivery channels (webcasts, virtual classroom, physical classroom) and platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) including participant management, facilitator management, pre-work/post-work, communication.
  • Project manage larger scale and more complex learning events (virtual/physical).
  • Source venues and vendors, take care of end-to-end logistics, organize course materials, branding, collateral.
  • Set up learning program SharePoint, registration site, mobile App.
  • Onboard and supervise new joiners and junior Learning Deployment Specialists in the team.
  • Support and develop junior Learning Deployment Specialists in a Virtual Talent Hub.
  • Support EY Regions in their deployment with deployment guidance.
  • Monitor consumption, costs and satisfaction for multiple courses and curriculum, provide recommendations for improvement.

 

Technical skills

  • Strong understanding of learning deployment and administration processes, especially assignments.
  • Hands on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge and application of MS Excel.
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.

  • Capable of working independently in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across different geographical locationsand cultures.

To qualify for the role you shall have

  • Demonstrable experience of one or more of the following areas: Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Human Resources, Events Management.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way.
