Opportunity
This job posting offers a fixed term secondment role of Learning Deployment Specialist - Supervising Associate – EY Badges in Global Learning and Development Deployment Team.
The EY Badges global program is high-profile and available to all EY employees. This role is vital in supporting the EY Badges Learning Deployment Manager in the management of this global learning program, including a high-level of direct contact with learners to support their journeys, resolve queries, enhance the learning experience, identify additional requirements and propose new innovations and improvement opportunities.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the EY Badges Learning Deployment Manager and Learning Deployment Lead to deliver against agreed priorities and execute plans, including badge launches, retirals and annual review cycles.
- Enable the end to end deployment of the Global EY Badges program, including project management and day to day operational delivery.
- Supervise the virtual Badges Review Network administrative team.
- Build and sustain trusted stakeholder relationships, confidently managing competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, clarity and responsiveness.
- Provide support to learners and query management.
- Manage and maintain internal program assets, including the EY Badges website content, learner support guides and the global Viva Engage community, ensuring information is accurate, current and engaging.
- Lead reporting and analytics, using data to inform leadership discussions, track performance and promote program impact.
- Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of the program, identifying insights, innovations and new opportunities to enhance the learning experience.
- Propose practical, scalable solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement across the program.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, automate and standardise processes to drive operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Leverage AI tools as part of day to day work to improve personal productivity and proactively suggest opportunities where AI can add value across Deployment teams.

- Knowledge and hands-on experience of SuccessFactors and SAP WorkZone a great advantage.
- Knowledge of learning deployment processes and standards a great advantage.
- Advanced PowerBI and Excell skills with the ability to manipulate data from multiple data sources.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with a proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality outcomes consistently.
- Appropriate task allocation and delegation including strong supervision and review.
- Curiosity and being innovative in finding new ways of doing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to adapt and support change management.

To qualify for the role you must have:
- Demonstrable experience of one or more of the following areas: learning, deployment, project management, talent development, HR.
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way.
- Demonstrable experience of managing virtual teams to deliver consistently exceptional results.
- Demonstrable experience of working in dynamic, fast-paced environments to deliver the required results.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Knowledge and strong understanding of diverse virtual platforms and digital communications.
- Knowledge of Learning & Development tools, technologies and platforms that can be leveraged in deployment.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in finding new, efficient ways of doing things.
- Ability to take a strategic view recognizing broad objectives while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work with different team members and project teams across different time zones.
