Position Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting the operational, change management and design activities as part of the delivery of firm-wide Careers and Skills solutions , including but not limited to the Career Framework, Career Paths, Opportunity Marketplace, and the Career Portal. This includes tracking of requirements, submitting intake requests, scheduling and preparation for meetings, developing communications, management of networks and research/data analysis of skills and roles. This role initiates and project manages Career Framework updates to all enabling technologies and functions which includes interfacing with various teams such as Digital Talent, Solution Enablement, PDRA, Rewards, GDS Development teams, Talent Enablement etc. This role also supports measurement and evaluation activities including data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the delivery of careers and skills solutions working with teams across functions and geographies to achieve outcomes
- Supports operational activities relating to the design maintenance of the career model (including Career Framework, Career Paths, Career Portal, and Opportunity Marketplace), including but not limited to:
- Maintains work schedules; drives activities/tasks to ensure completion
- Monitors and tracks requirements and change requests; directs enquiries to the correct team members
- Collates requirements on a regular basis for review and approval by review committee
- Support preparation of regular refresh recommendations report for business sponsors and Discipline leads
- Supports data gathering, research and analysis into latest market trends to inform updates to career framework
- Ensures relevant documentation is updated and maintained
- Manages curation of learning guidance applicable to the career model updates
- Supports operational and administrative activities related to implementation of career model updates and program adoption, including but not limited to:
- Supports Change and Implementation leader with business implementation of career model changes, including preparation of communication material, organizational impact analysis, scheduling
- Raises intake requests or SNOW tickets to ensure changes are implemented in enabling systems
- Maintains associated career model collateral such as Talent guides, counselor/Employee guides, LEAD materials, and support materials to ensure content is updated aligned to changes in strategy and content
- Supports Change and Implementation leader with Talent engagement activities, supporting communication, scheduling, preparation of communication material, organizational impact analysis, maintenance of networks
- Manage stakeholders to ensure they are engaged, informed, and consulted as appropriate throughout the maintenance of the Career and Skills solutions
- Administrates minor changes to the Career Portal, manages release schedule, and acts as contact point for GDS website team
- Monitors adoption by tracking usage metrics and developing reports for all Careers and Skills solutions
- Supports development of guidance and answers country questions on data quality reviews for Careers and Skills related data (e.g., country job classifications, recruitment data)
- Manages regular reviews of learning guidance to update expired or outdated courses
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and present data/information to monitor adoption. Highlight opportunities for improvement
- Analyze market trends and business insights to provide input to the updates of EY roles
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Ability to participate effectively in virtual teams and networks across diverse and dispersed geographies
- Collaborate effectively across talent ecosystem at global and Region level
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly across EY to ensure processes, ways of working and standards are understood
- Organizational skills and attention to detail - the ability to operate and direct activities to a clear process/plan, within effective time frames – strong project management skills
- Research and analytical skills to interpret market trends based on competitor landscape and gather and analyze data to support adoption strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to learn
Supervision Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Talent colleagues (Global, Region and HRS) to manage implementation of Skills and Careers solution updates across systems and functions
- Proactively participate in meetings to ensure effective execution of Skills and Careers operations and associated processes
- As allocated, conduct analysis or research to support updates of Skills and Careers solutions
- Help to develop communications materials and prepare for meetings to communicate changes to strategy or solutions, share best practices and capture needs across the firm
Other Requirements:
- Due to global nature of the role; willingness to work alternative hours will be required. No travel is required
- Due to global nature of the role; English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication will be required

Education:
- Educated to degree level
Experience:
- Experience in a related role preferred
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating with Talent or business colleagues across geographies to deploy projects and resolve issues effectively
- Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments to deliver required results
