Integrated Solution Suites (ISS) is an EY program that brings together business, technology, operations, finance, and risk solutions into one connected approach for clients. Instead of working in silos, teams collaborate across functions to help organizations solve business problems, improve performance, modernize processes, and deliver measurable outcomes across industries and sectors.

 

The opportunity

We are looking for a strong Project Manager to support strategic transformation, GTM, and thought leadership initiatives by driving program coordination, execution governance, and operational alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

The role will work closely with senior leaders across EY GDS and EY US to help manage campaign plans, strategic priorities, leadership reviews, timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination. This individual will play a key role in bringing structure, visibility, and execution rigor to fast-moving strategic initiatives and market-facing programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong program management discipline, executive communication skills, and experience coordinating across business, operations, marketing, sector, and technology teams in a highly collaborative environment. The role requires someone who can proactively track actions, manage competing priorities, support governance activities, and help accelerate execution across complex programs.

This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership teams on high-impact strategic initiatives while helping enable execution excellence across campaigns, transformation priorities, and GTM operations.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Program and Project Management

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic ISS initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and governance activities
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, marketing, and sector functions
  • Track project progress, priorities, risks, and dependencies to help ensure timely execution across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate across global stakeholders to support execution readiness, alignment, and follow-through on key actions and deliverables
  • Facilitate project reviews, status updates, leadership checkpoints, and governance discussions to drive visibility and accountability across initiatives

 

PMO Governance and Reporting

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution across strategic initiatives, campaign plans, and leadership priorities
  • Manage project timelines, trackers, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and execution readiness
  • Prepare leadership updates, status reports, meeting materials, and governance reviews to provide clear visibility on progress and priorities
  • Help bring structure, accountability, and operational discipline to fast-moving strategic programs and transformation initiatives

 

Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Coordination

  • Support coordination across EY GDS and EY US teams to help drive alignment and execution across strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of key activities
  • Help facilitate communication across stakeholders by maintaining clear updates on priorities, risks, dependencies, and action items
  • Support leadership meetings, working sessions, and operational readiness activities across ongoing programs and campaigns
  • Assist in managing project trackers, escalations, dependencies, and coordination activities across multiple workstreams

 

Risk, Change and Continuous Improvement

  • Track and help manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across ongoing initiatives and workstreams
  • Proactively follow up on delivery challenges and support teams in identifying mitigation actions and next steps
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to help resolve issues, manage escalations, and maintain execution momentum
  • Support improvements across project management processes, reporting, trackers, templates, and governance activities
  •  Assist with project closeout activities including documentation, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, and transition support where needed

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Overall - 9 to 12 years of experience
  • Graduate – bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
  • Experience of Managing end -2-end projects. Minimum 9 + years of corporate experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management
  • Experience setting up PM & Project Governance frameworks
  • Experienced in creating and managing project artefacts e.g., Project plan, RACI, Risk Register, Budget tracker etc
  • Hands on experience in core Project Management domain. Experience managing Traditional, Agile and Hybrid projects.
  • Experience managing complex Global Projects and working with Global teams & Senior Leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
  •  Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate an eye for detail
  •  Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
  • Flexible to Support various Global time zone depending on the need

 

Skills and attributes required

  • Hands-on Project Management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing Traditional, Agile or Hybrid Projects
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate an eye for detail
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  •  Knowledge in PMBOK concepts
  •  Knowledge in Project Management tools
  • Expert in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
  •  Knowledge in Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Hybrid etc
  • PMI Certifications will be an added advantage

Technologies and Tools

  • Expert in MS Project / Planner/ Word / PowerPoint / Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
  • Azure DevOps exposure (desirable)
