The role will act as a practical bridge between onshore expectations and GDS delivery support, helping maintain governance discipline, leadership cadence, documentation control and execution continuity. It will support governance packs, meeting materials, status trackers, action logs, leadership updates, reporting inputs and follow-through across Program Operations, GTM Motion, Financial Reporting & Insights and related stakeholder groups, enabling predictable delivery, audit readiness and reduced coordination load for leadership teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day program operations support Microsoft alliance marketing and relationship governance workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed with clear ownership, quality and timely follow-through.
  • Develop and maintain marketing event tracking, governance packs, operating cadence decks, status updates, action logs, meeting materials, trackers, approval records and leadership support documentation.
  • Support pre-, in- and post-meeting governance activities, including agenda shaping, content collation, deck preparation, summary capture, action tracking and follow-up management.
  • Coordinate Program Operations, event operations, GTM Motion, Financial Reporting & Insights, Finance, Delivery, alliance stakeholders and cross-functional operations teams to ensure handoffs are clear and execution remains on track.
  • Clarify stakeholders ask, manage dependencies, validate source inputs, track commitments and convert open items into completed deliverables.
  • Apply sound judgment within established frameworks to prioritize work, resolve non-standard operational issues, identify reporting gaps and escalate items requiring leadership input or decision.
  • Maintain the integrity of trackers, dashboards, SharePoint and Teams documentation, meeting cadence materials, decision logs and status reporting routines.
  • Support alliance readiness, pipeline support, activation follow-through and reliable execution behind GTM and revenue-related motions, while operating within agreed commercial and governance parameters.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify or automate repetitive operational activities through templates, workflow discipline, Excel/Power BI reporting and approved productivity tools.
  • Support compliance checkpoints, audit readiness, document hygiene and process continuity by maintaining accurate records, approval trails and version-controlled materials.
  • Provide informal coaching or quality review support to junior resources, where required, helping reinforce standards for tracking, documentation and stakeholder responsiveness.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong program coordination, PMO, alliance operations, business operations or governance support experience within a matrixed global delivery environment.
  • Good understanding of operating cadence management, project trackers, governance packs, meeting support, status reporting, RAID/action logs and leadership update routines.
  • Working knowledge of sales, GTM and alliance support concepts, including pipeline visibility, activation follow-through, stakeholder readiness and opportunity-related reporting inputs.
  • Ability to engage effectively with working-level and mid-to-senior stakeholders, clarify requirements, manage expectations and follow through on dependencies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and basic workflow or automation tools would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare crisp updates, concise summaries, meeting materials and stakeholder-ready content.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, incomplete inputs and cross-team dependencies with minimal rework.
  • Sound problem-solving ability, including root-cause thinking, issue triage, risk identification and practical escalation management.
  • Comfort working virtually across geographies, with cultural sensitivity, strong ownership and a service-focused delivery mindset.
  • Experience with Process documentation, continuous improvement, internal controls, audit preparation or compliance support would be preferred.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience supporting governance routines, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, documentation control and action tracking across multiple teams or geographies.
  • Location and working hours aligned to US / Europe stakeholder coverage, with flexibility for global collaboration, governance forums and time-sensitive deliverables.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Exposure to Microsoft alliance, Microsoft alliance marketing and events, partner ecosystem, GTM, revenue operations or relationship governance processes within a global delivery, shared services or professional services environment.
