The role will partner with alliance leadership to shape and run an effective, insight-led and scalable operating model; translate strategic priorities into executable plans; oversee cross-functional workstreams; strengthen controls and performance discipline; and drive timely delivery of NVIDIA alliance initiatives across sell, build and deliver motions. The incumbent will engage senior alliance, market, finance, contracts, training, BMC and enablement stakeholders, provide direction and oversight to operational contributors, improve data and reporting quality, lead process transformation and champion responsible automation and AI-enabled solutions that enhance decision-making, productivity and business outcomes.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Lead the operating rhythm and PMO for the NVIDIA Alliance, translating strategic priorities into integrated plans with clear outcomes, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance mechanisms.
- Own the development of executive insights, dashboards and performance narratives covering sales, pipeline, opportunity tagging, partner-sourced and co-sell activity, GTM wins, book-of-business movements, partner program measures and other critical indicators; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Design and lead governance for leadership meetings, QBRs, planning forums and operational reviews, ensuring high-quality agendas, decision-ready materials, effective facilitation, documented decisions and disciplined closure of actions.
- Act as a trusted operations advisor to NVIDIA alliance leadership, anticipating business needs, framing options, escalating material risks and enabling informed decisions across global and regional stakeholders.
- Oversee alliance knowledge and content management, including SharePoint assets, leadership presentations, internal communications and enablement materials, establishing standards for quality, consistency, relevance, findability and adoption.
- Direct collaboration with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams on alliance messaging and content, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, stakeholder expectations, EY standards and NVIDIA partner program requirements.
- Provide managerial oversight of NVIDIA partner tools, portals and operational processes, including access governance, issue resolution, adoption, certification and skills currency, training coordination and tool administration.
- Lead operational governance for NVIDIA Market Development Funds and alliance investments in partnership with finance, legal and enablement teams, overseeing planning, tracking, compliance, quarterly reviews, documentation, claims readiness and issue remediation.
- Oversee NVIDIA alliance contract and compliance workstreams, including localization of global agreements, program documentation, partner distinctions and specialization requirements, working with the
- Ecosystem Contracts team and business stakeholders to manage risks and dependencies.
- Sponsor and deliver strategic projects with onshore NVIDIA alliance leaders across transformation, stakeholder engagement, offerings, marketplace coordination, events, sponsorships, training and other priority initiatives.
- Lead the simplification, standardization and control strengthening of alliance operations through operating-model design, process mapping, SOPs, service measures, issue analysis, data-quality improvement and reusable playbooks.
- Develop and execute an automation and responsible AI roadmap for alliance operations, prioritizing use cases that reduce manual effort, improve reporting speed and quality, strengthen follow-through and enable scalable service delivery.
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations, service commitments and communications across global and regional teams; resolve competing priorities, influence without direct authority and maintain strong partnership and service outcomes.
- Provide direction, coaching and quality oversight to team members and contributors supporting NVIDIA alliance operations, promoting accountability, capability development, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance measures and service-level expectations, monitor delivery health and capacity, and drive timely intervention where outcomes, controls or stakeholder experience are at risk.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, workflow tools and other reporting, collaboration or knowledge-management platforms is desirable.
- Proven capability in operational excellence and transformation, including process redesign, SOP and control development, service measurement, audit readiness, root-cause analysis, change adoption and sustained issue resolution.

- Strong analytical judgment, structured problem solving, research capability and attention to detail, with the ability to balance strategic perspective and hands-on execution.
- Extensive experience operating in virtual, matrixed and multi-geography environments, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, sound judgment, collaboration discipline and a global mindset.
- Knowledge of EY and GDS operations, organization structure, operating model, management information systems and independence concepts for internal candidates; equivalent Big 4, consulting, technology-alliance or global business-services experience for external candidates is preferred.

- Proven experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment, including executive reporting, decision support, issue escalation and coordination across alliance, sales, finance, legal, marketing, learning and enablement functions.
