Your key responsibilities
As an EW Consulting and Tax Learning Specialist, your role is diverse, with your hands on every aspect of learning delivery. Collaborating with the EW CNS Learning Lead and the EW Strategic Talent Consultant, you are essential to navigating the exciting world of consulting and tax learning
within our global organization.
- Drive EW Consulting and Tax Learning Agenda: Support EW CNS & Tax Learning Leads with the execution of EW Learning Priorities including the adaptation and deployment of theGlobal Learning Curriculum.
- Operational Support for Core Learning Processes: Assist the EW CNS & Tax Learning Leads in managing core learning processes like the nomination processes for various EW Consulting training events or budget planning processes.
- Execution of EW training events: Support the development of EW Learning events (including facilitator search and briefing, support of agenda design and content, creation of promotional materials or communications, bringing in ideas to increase the learning experience, as well as PMO work like task tracking).
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as a trusted advisor to the EW Learning Leader and Senior Business stakeholders. Engage with EW Country stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the learning programs are aligned with the needs of the business and contribute to the professional growth of the employees.
- Preparation and Follow-up for Stakeholder Meetings: Provide thorough support in preparing for stakeholder meetings and Steering Committee calls, including agenda setting, documentation, and post-meeting action item tracking.
- Training Measures Analysis: Collaborate in the evaluation and analysis of EW training initiatives to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support the continuous development of learning strategies.
Skills and attributes for success
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning, People Development, Program Management, or Talent functions.
- Possess superior organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multi-faceted tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively, which are crucial for liaising with various stakeholders and navigating day-to-day challenges.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have very good stakeholder management skills.
- Have a keen ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and to think outside the box.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, focusing on the timely and effective resolution of complex issues.
- Have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
