Europe West Consulting Learning Specialist (1 FTE – Supervising Associate)

EY presents an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Europe West (EW) Consulting Learning Specialist to join our dynamic EW Learning Team. Your key responsibilities
As an EW Consulting Learning Specialist, your role is diverse, with your hands on every aspect of learning delivery. Collaborating with the EW CNS Learning Business Partner, you are essential to navigating the exciting world of CNS learning within our global organization.
- Drive EW Consulting Agenda: Support the EW CNS Learning Business Partner in driving the execution of EW Learning Priorities and the adaptation of the Global Learning Curriculum, with a strong focus on the harmonization of learning offerings and the continuous improvement of the learning experience for our people.
- Operational Support for Core Learning Processes: Assist the EW CNS Learning Business Partner in managing core learning processes like nomination processes for various EW Consulting training events or budget planning processes, including the use of Microsoft Copilot and approved AI-enabled solutions to streamline recurring activities, improve accuracy, and increase overall process efficiency.
- Execution of EW training events: Support the development of EW Learning events (including facilitator search and briefing, support of agenda design and content, creation of promotional materials or communications, bringing in ideas to increase the learning experience, as well as PMO work like task tracking).
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as a trusted advisor to the EW Learning Business Partner and Senior Business stakeholders. Engage with EW Country stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the learning programs are aligned with the needs of the business and contribute to the professional growth of the employees.
- Preparation and Follow-up for Stakeholder Meetings: Provide thorough support in preparing for stakeholder meetings and Steering Committee calls, including AI-supported agenda drafting, summarization, documentation, and action tracking.
- Training Measures Analysis: Collaborate in the evaluation and analysis of EW training initiatives to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support the continuous development of learning strategies.
Skills and attributes for success
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Bring relevant experience in Learning, People Development, Program Management, Talent, or a related function, ideally with 5–7 years in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrate strong project and process management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail across recurring operational activities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, and build trusted working relationships across countries, teams, and seniority levels.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and support continuous improvement of learning processes and initiatives.
- Use digital tools confidently, including Excel and PowerPoint, and demonstrate practical experience with Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
