  • Independently manage assigned low-severity and routine ER cases in accordance with approved policies, standard operating procedures, service-level expectations and guidance from the ER Lead.
  • Conduct initial fact-finding, coordinate discussions, document employee and stakeholder inputs, follow up on open actions and prepare closure documentation for low-severity matters.
  • Recognise and promptly escalate matters involving higher severity, legal or reputational exposure, retaliation concerns, safeguarding issues, conflicts of interest or any other complexity beyond the agreed scope.
  • Perform ER operations, including opening and updating cases, monitoring ageing and turnaround time, maintaining trackers and dashboards, coordinating documentation and approvals, and supporting timely case closure.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and audit-ready case files, ensuring all records are stored and handled in line with confidentiality, privacy and information-security requirements.
  • Prepare standard correspondence, meeting records, case updates, reports and other ER documentation using approved templates and review protocols.
  • Compile routine case data, check trackers for missing or overdue updates and provide regular status information to the ER Lead.
  • Maintain standard templates, checklists, investigation files and process documents, and complete other routine ER administrative tasks assigned by the ER Lead.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
