EY-Consulting – AI Enabled Automation – Senior - Kore.AI
We are in pursuit of a Conversational AI Expert with a track record of excellence in Kore.ai and Microsoft-based chatbot platforms, including Copilot Studio (formerly known as Power Virtual Agents). The ideal candidate will possess a robust portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience in crafting, evolving, and implementing chatbot applications that engage users in a natural and intuitive dialogue. The role demands not only technical prowess but also a keen analytical mind and the capacity to write sophisticated Python and GenAI code.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai, Microsoft chatbot platforms, and Copilot Studio.
- Write and maintain high-quality Python and GenAI code.
- Integrate chatbot applications with various APIs, backend systems, and cloud services, particularly Azure AI Services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and provide AI-driven conversational experiences.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure the highest level of functionality and user experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI, cloud computing, and Azure AI Services.
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Proven experience with Kore.ai and Microsoft chatbot platforms, including Copilot Studio.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with GenAI code.
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Good to have: Knowledge of cloud computing and Azure AI Services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- 3-5 years of Experience
