EY-Consulting – AI Enabled Automation – Senior  - FullStack

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cognitive Developer to join our team. As a Cognitive Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as .Net Core, Azure Cloud, Angular/React and Python (good to have knowledge of LLM). The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing chatbots and utilizing Azure AI Services.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Development

• Design and implement full-stack solutions with a focus on Generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, Agentic Automations using Crew AI / Autogen/ LangGraph / Magentic One.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Create detailed solution designs and estimations to support project planning and resource allocation.
• Communicate technical architectures and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Generative AI Development

• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG frameworks.
• Leverage Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) to integrate AI capabilities into full-stack applications.
• Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, experimenting with new models, tools, and techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Develop reusable AI components and frameworks to streamline project delivery.

Project Delivery and Leadership

• Lead the implementation of complex full-stack development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and AI integration.
• Identify and address technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the creation of go-to-market strategies and presentation materials to showcase Generative AI capabilities to clients.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 – 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on solution architecture and design.
• Fundamental knowledge of Machine Learning, Model Selection, Exploratory Data Analysis and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks (ReactJS / Angular JS / Vue JS) and back-end languages (e.g., FastAPI / DJango / Node.js).
• Advanced expertise in Python and some project exposure on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and RAG architectures end to end, development to deployment
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (relational and NoSQL), databases such as (MySQL / Postgres / SQL Server, optionally MongoDB or Cosmos), and API development.
• Proficiency on Azure is preferred and experience with developing and deploying solutions end to end in MS Stack or Python into Azure and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a good add on.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project estimation and planning.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a specialization in AI or Machine Learning or Computer Science
• Certifications in cloud platforms or AI technologies.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or on client-facing projects.
• Contributions to the Generative AI community or open-source projects.
• Publications or presentations in AI or related fields.
