Key Responsibilities

• The role requires strong experience in Data Management and Governance and Architecting end to end solutions.
• Work as a project manager to contribute in various technical streams of data management to address challenges to technical solutions considering migration, governance, modelling and visualization
• Experience in Enterprise grade solution implementations on traditional or cloud based platforms.
• Strategic/Architect thinker - somebody who can conceptualize and lead the MDM project.
• Experienced in leading and guiding team of MDM (Master Data Management) consultants in technical implementations
• Strong knowledge on latest MDM components and various architecture and implementation styles
• Created solution blueprinting and architecture for Customers and can talk about best practices and lessons learnt on various architecture styles
• Prior experience in designing master data (Customer Master, Contact Master), Client 360, hierarchies and reference data
• Must have strong domain knowledge on atleast 2 industry verticals
• Diverse knowledge and in depth work experience in one or more SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience in data modelling, data mapping, data profiling and meta data management
• Knowledge in any Object oriented programming language will be an added advantage.
• Python and Shell scripting knowledge preferred
• Knowledge in ETL tools like Informatica/Ab initio etc.
• Knowledge and experience in data governance platforms like Collibra, Alation etc.
• Good understanding of key concepts on data privacy, lineage and meta data management.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite teams directly to understand the requirement and determine the optimum solutions
• Create technical solutions as per business needs by translating their requirements and finding innovative solution options
• Experience in Stake holder management, Managing a Geographically Dispersed Team. etc.
• Lead and mentor a team throughout design, development and delivery phases and keep the team intact on high pressure situations.
• Get involved in business development activities like creating proof of concepts (POCs), point of views (POVs), assist in proposal writing and service offering development, and capable of developing creative power point content for presentations
• Participate in organization-level initiatives and operational activities

Qualifications:

BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with 10 -15 years industry experience

Technical skills requirement:

Must have:

• Strong proficiency in SQL/PLSQL
• Strong experience in one or more SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience in working on one or more ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica etc
• Good experience with Unix scripting and Python
• Experience on Banking and Capital Markets domains
• Experienced and seasoned professional in data concepts such as Data Warehouses, Data Marts, data extraction, preparation processes, Data Modelling experience.
