Data Office Support Analyst

 

Summary:

 

The Data Office Support Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for support, adoption, and operational enablement of data products, data services, and third-party solutions within the firm's Data Office ecosystem. The role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Category Managers, Data Office teams, Technology teams, Vendors, and end users to support product adoption, operational excellence, and a seamless user experience.

 

The role requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, along with an interest in data, emerging AI technologies, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will support business users, contribute to product adoption, and help drive the successful delivery of strategic data initiatives.

 

 

Opportunity Description:

 

As a Data Office Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enabling the firm's data product ecosystem. You will work closely with a broad network of stakeholders including business users, vendors, technology teams, and product leaders to ensure effective product support, successful onboarding of new solutions, and strong user adoption.

 

You will help users navigate data products and third-party solutions, coordinate communications and change management activities, support product launches, and contribute to operational excellence through process improvements and knowledge management initiatives.

 

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

Product Support & User Assistance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and fi rst-level support for product-related inquiries across the firm.
  • Analyze, understand, and respond to user queries related to data products, datasets, and third-party vendor offerings.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and ensure timely resolution or escalation of support requests.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and user experience.

 

Third-Party Product Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of third-party products, datasets, and services available through Data Explorer.
  • Build expertise in vendor solutions, including product functionality, use cases, licensing models, and business value.
  • Stay informed about vendor product updates, enhancements, and marketplace developments.

 

Product Change Management & Communications

  • Lead communication and awareness campaigns related to third-party product changes, upgrades, migrations, or decommissioning activities.
  • Coordinate user outreach, training, and product adoption initiatives.
  • Prepare communication materials, FAQs, knowledge articles, and user guidance documents.

 

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between Category Managers, Vendors, Internal Leadership, Technology Teams, and End Users.
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and governance meetings to align stakeholders on action plans and product strategies.
  • Drive collaboration to ensure successful product onboarding, launches, and change initiatives.

 

Product Launch & Implementation Support

  • Support the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new data products and vendor solutions.
  • Coordinate readiness activities including stakeholder alignment, communications, documentation, and user enablement.
  • Monitor launch progress and proactively address risks or roadblocks.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain support documentation, process guides, and knowledge repositories.
  • Track support metrics, recurring issues and automation opportunities to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Identify and contribute to continuous process improvements, including AI-driven automation and workflow optimization, to enhance product support and service delivery.
