Project Coordinator

 

The opportunity

 

We are looking for Project Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing end to end Customer Service & Technical Support for a large program, and performs activities related to PM domain. As part of this team, you will manage with consistent and high-quality services to key stakeholders across verticals / business segments.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Understanding the Support Role
    • Ability to provide responsive and effective customer service.
    • Familiarity with the responsibilities of a support analyst.
  • Customer Service Excellence
    • Knowledge of best practices for handling queries and resolving issues.
    • Strong communication skills to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Technical Alignment
    • Capability to align technical solutions with customer needs.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Vendor & Marketplace Knowledge
    • Interest in learning about key vendors and their offerings (e.g., Refinitiv, Bloomberg, D&B, LSEG).
    • Building expertise in datasets provided by these vendors.
    • Understanding pricing structures and vendor-specific contexts.
  • Central Support Function
    • Acting as a primary support contact for the firm.
    • Managing implementation of purchased data and related services.
  • Data Integration & APIs
    • Handling actual implementation of acquired data.
    • Working with APIs for ESG and AI data pipelines.
    • Completing registration and setup for data pipeline usage.
  • Technical & Operational Aspects
    • Managing both technical and physical aspects of data onboarding.
    • Ensuring smooth integration of vendor data into firm systems.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Commitment to expanding knowledge base on vendor products and services.
    • Staying updated on marketplace trends and new data solutions.

  • Hands-on Project Coordinator/Manager experience
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Overall - 9 to 12 years of experience
  • Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
  • Experience of Managing end-2-end projects. Minimum 9+ years of corporate experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management
  • Experience in financial management framework
  • Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
  • Flexible to Support various Global time zone depending on the need

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Knowledge in Project Management tools
  • Expert in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
  • Experience in PowerApps will be an added advantage
