The Data Office drives applied innovation by redefining how data is discovered, managed, utilized, and scaled. A key enabler is the development of an enterprise data platform supported by robust governance, unlocking the full potential of EY’s data assets to fuel innovation and deliver next-level client service.

 

Opportunity Description:

  • Work with the Data Sourcing team to create and curate content for data products.
  • Administer all data product definitions and associated content in Date Explorer.
  • Technical foundation: built on Discover; involves Content Management System administration.
  • Requires background in SharePoint, Discover, Adobe.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Curate, edit, and perform technical editing of content.
  • Collaborate with data product team, category managers, and vendors.
  • Manage content processes proactively and reactively.
  • Develop strategy and conduct research activities.
  • Perform Business Analyst-type tasks.

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data management (content) principles and practices
  • Strong relationship and project management, time management and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time
  • Strong execution and persistent discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English), including ability to display a range of communication approaches for diverse community needs
  • Strong teamwork
  • Proficiency in Sharepoint/HTML required
  • Proficient in relevant technologies with advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Working with globally dispersed, virtual teams and global programs
  • Understanding of and desire to strive for technical excellence
  • Able to work independently with little guidance
  • Ability to identify, influence and leverage internal subject matter resources
  • Relevant experience in a professional services firm, business acumen
