Data Management Lead Consultant
Lead the design and implementation of data platforms and data management capabilities supporting large-scale transformation programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Architecture
- Define logical and physical data architecture including data models, domains, and lifecycle flows
- Establish architecture standards for ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption across cloud and hybrid platforms
- Ensure alignment with application, integration, and analytics architectures.
Data Integration & Interoperability
- Define and standardize data integration patterns (batch, CDC, streaming, API)
- Enable scalable and efficient data movement across enterprise systems
Master & Reference Data Management
- Design and implement master and reference data solutions across core domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier)
- Define matching, survivorship, and hierarchy management rules for consistent entity resolution
- Enable integration of master and reference data across enterprise systems and data platforms
- Support implementation of MDM tools and frameworks aligned to platform architecture
Stakeholder Management
- Act as lead for data management workstreams both within programs and independently.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and governance stakeholders.
- Support solution design decisions, tool evaluation, and implementation guidance.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in data management, data architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
- Experience implementing master data and reference data solutions using tools such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or similar
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and modern data architectures (Databricks/Snowflake).
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data lifecycle management.
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
- Exposure to industry data models (financial services, energy & utilities preferred).
International travel in the region (up to 40%) is required.
