We're seeking experienced GCP Cloud Consultant with strong GCP Architecture background, to join the leadership team of our EY-Consulting-DET (Digital & Emerging Technologies) Team. Your key responsibilities

• Design and Conduct GCP Cloud adopting and migration maturity assessment
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and management to develop estimates, Point of Views (POVs), Position Papers, and contribute to pursuits, proposals, and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate with team to design of product and project architecture in consultation with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with cloud-native principles and best practices.
• Provide Solution and Responsible for Architecting end to end GCP Solution for implementing landing zone, applications, data for various clients in GCP Cloud. 
• Actively participate in high level team activities such as suggesting Architecture improvements, recommending process improvements, and conducting tool evaluations.
• Good Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Google Cloud Platform (GCP) PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS offerings
• Good Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Security.
• Excellent hands-on experience in building GCP Landing Zone, GCP cloud native engineering, migrating workloads from on-premises or other clouds into GCP.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python with good understanding building backend and frontend apps
• Good understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models and leveraging them for SDLC automation
• Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and evaluating candidates, and oversee the development and maintenance of team competence in GCP technologies.
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks, facilitating escalation and resolution processes as necessary to ensure project success.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
• Excellent skill in written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing, and conference level presentation skills a plus.

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining microservices-based applications.
• Proficiency in working with GCP services and infrastructure, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Pub/Sub, etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions on GCP, adhering to best practices and security guidelines.
• Capability to Implement various SRE practices like reduce toils, measure, and optimize the systems on agreed reliability.
• Strong understanding in agile methodologies
• Capability to Design solutions confirming to the best practices of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Well Architected framework.
• Capability to Deliver best practices around provisioning, operations, and management of cloud environment.
• Capability to Assist and support presales team in reviewing the DevOps solutions.
• Capability to identify software packages and solutions that could meet client solution requirements and develop requests for proposal (RFP’s) from these vendors. Assist clients in the evaluation of the resulting proposals, including the package capabilities and fit to the requirements (business and technology), vendor proposals for pricing and support.
• Capability to design and developed GenAI infused GCP assessment and migration framework
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

To qualify for the role, you must have.

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science
• 12+ years building highly scalable, high-performance cloud applications with solid experience in architecting and managing large scale cloud transformation projects
• A hands-on technical experience with at-least 5-8 yrs. in GCP involving Cloud Infra, Cloud migration, cloud modernization and cloud native build 
• Defining change management strategy with the understanding of business drivers and strategic objectives, organizational behaviours, processes and approaches.
• Stakeholder management, with the ability to operate and manage expectations on a senior management/executive level.
• Tailoring the change management approaches based on the industry, current maturity, and organizational set-up, and expected pace of transition.
• Evaluating and improving business processes and business change management processes.
• Experience in different frameworks/Architecture like Data warehouse, microservices, event driven architecture, REST API’s and Reactive systems.
• Experience in other cloud platforms such as OpenShift, AWS or Azure would be handy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
• Have experience in developing strategies, plan, design, development, testing, deployment and production support of projects and products.

Certifications (At least one)

• Certification in GCP - Professional Cloud Architect (Must have), Cloud Network Engineer, Cloud Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Cloud Database Engineer

• Experience in Python:  Flask, Fast API, AI/ML, GenAI (Autogen, Langchain)
