The opportunity
The EMEIA FSO Alliance Operations Specialist will function out of the Alliances & Ecosystem Center and will be responsible for providing ongoing operations support for EMEIA FSO Alliances as part of the broader global Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function.  The incumbent will co-develop and thereafter, operationalize the operations support delivery model, ensuring seamless service delivery for ongoing initiatives and will also be responsible for executing special projects that are assigned from time to time.    

 

Your key responsibilities
As part of EMEIA FSO Alliances team, you will handle multiple responsibilities like Project Management, Reporting & Analysis, stakeholder management, etc. The role requires a comparable work experience, strong excel and visualization skills, the ability to prioritize, work ethic and attention to detail as the role has a high focus on accuracy and timeliness. 
The role also requires effective communication skills, including communication over emails and MS Teams, aiming to support the business and its leaders, especially senior leadership.

  • Support EMEIA FSO Alliance Partner sponsors with Regional Alliance plans and execution  
  • Prepare executive reports and provide summary to the senior leadership including financial reports, disseminate data and insights from the Global dashboard for our Alliance sponsors and wider team, present performance against Plan, pipeline updates at weekly team meeting. Lead on Alliances financial reporting processes including GTER tracking
  • Check all new opportunities, strategic pursuits for tagging, follow up with pursuit teams directly, getting any tagging actioned
  • Prepare regular meeting materials for the leadership, work with Alliance sponsors (Microsoft, SAP, SNOW, etc) on any presentation materials, content, writing up of case studies
  • Help to drive operational improvements and efficiencies 
  • Manage complex requests involving multiple functions related to EMEIA FSO Alliances and Ecosystem
  • Lead on Alliances related knowledge, awareness and BMC activation - work across regional teams including BMC, L&D, Consulting
  • Play a key contributing role on key Alliance’s initiatives for EMEIA FSO 
  • Work with senior leadership, supports new Alliance formation activities including coaching of  teams interested in forming new relationships, assisting with business cases etc. Own and facilitate onboarding training
  • Work with Regional and Country Alliances leaders to activate and embed Alliances across the Region including internal awareness, campaigns, L&D, setting up of networks, success stories etc
  • Day to day coordination of the Markets Alliances team including team meetings

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • MBA or equivalent 
  • University Graduation (Tech graduation preferred)
  • 9+  Years of work experience
  • Flexible, based on assignment

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Basic understanding about Alliance business model
  • Exposure with driving strategic initiatives 

 

Technologies and Tools 

  • MS Office tool – Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other collaborative tools
  • Basic understanding of PowerBI will be useful.
