The opportunity
EY’s BMC function is continuing to grow and improve its marketing and communications technology stack across member firms worldwide. As part of a multi-year transformation agenda, we are investing in technology, delivery discipline and portfolio execution to improve the way BMC plans, governs and delivers change globally.
The BMC Product Manager – Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) will lead the product strategy, roadmap and business adoption of EY's customer data, audience management and journey orchestration capabilities. The role will partner with marketing, analytics, technology and business stakeholders to drive the evolution of Adobe-powered customer intelligence and activation solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes, improved audience insights and enhanced personalization capabilities.
Your key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, priorities and success measures for assigned BMC technology (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and enablement of products or capabilities.
- Partner with BMC stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, operational pain points, adoption barriers, and opportunities to improve product value.
- Translate business priorities into clear product outcomes, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items that guide delivery teams.
- Own backlog prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing business value, user impact, delivery complexity, risk, dependencies and available capacity.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, data engineers, Power BI developers, EY Technology and vendors to ensure delivery is aligned to product intent and agreed outcomes.
- Lead product discovery, option assessment and stakeholder alignment activity, ensuring decisions are based on strong evidence, clear requirements and realistic delivery considerations.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, benefits, feedback and user experience to identify enhancements and inform future roadmap decisions.
- Support governance, planning, and leadership reporting by providing clear updates on product priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and expected value.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across BMC Enablement by helping standardize product management practices, roadmap governance, backlog discipline and value measurement.
Skills and attributes for success
- Hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong product management capability in complex, matrixed organizations, ideally working across business, technology, data and vendor teams.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), audience management, customer profile architecture and marketing activation ecosystems.
- Good understanding of marketing, communications, or enterprise technology environments, with the ability to quickly understand user needs, business processes, and platform implications.
- Commercial and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect product decisions to strategic priorities, user value and measurable business impact.
- Structured thinker who can turn ambiguity into clear product direction, practical priorities and actionable delivery requirements.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholders and competing priorities without losing sight of outcomes.
- Clear communicator who can translate product complexity into concise messages, decisions and recommendations for delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Digital Product Lead supporting Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or related MarTech platforms.
- Experience supporting technology, digital, marketing, communications, transformation, analytics or enablement of products or platforms.
- Strong practical skills in roadmap management, backlog prioritization, stakeholder engagement, requirements shaping, user story definition, and value tracking.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams, including project managers, business analysts, data, engineering, technology, vendors and/or offshore resources.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, make clear product trade-offs, and produce high-quality product artefacts, leadership updates and decision materials.
- Experience using agile, product-led or iterative delivery approaches to deliver measurable improvements for users and the business.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Product management certification or working knowledge of agile, SAFe, Scrum, design thinking, service design or similar delivery approaches.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign and related customer experience technologies.
- Experience with product discovery, user research, adoption planning, benefits measurement, OKRs, KPIs or product performance reporting.
- Experience with marketing technology, content platforms, campaign operations, data products, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities or enterprise workflow tools.
- A continuous improvement mindset and confidence proposing practical ways to simplify, standardize and strengthen product management ways of working.
- Experience working in a cross-border role or supporting globally distributed teams.
