Role Type Marketing Program Specialist: GTM Specialist (B2B storyteller)
The opportunity
This role supports how EY takes Next Frontier technology capabilities to market. The GTM Specialist helps translate complex frontier technologies into clear, structured, and credible stories that support client conversations, pursuits, and GTM initiatives. Working closely with Next Frontier leaders and GTM teams, the role contributes to the development of market narratives, client‑ready content, and insight materials that help account teams communicate EY’s capabilities in Next‑Gen AI, Quantum, and Physical AI.
Your key responsibilities
Marketing, GTM and Storytelling Support:
- Support senior Next Frontier leaders and GTM stakeholders in developing insight‑led narratives for frontier technologies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, business‑focused stories suitable for senior client audiences.
- Contribute to the creation of structured storytelling frameworks that articulate value, relevance, and real‑world application.
- Help develop client‑ready content such as presentations, point‑of‑view materials, case stories, and GTM assets.
- Assist account teams and GCSPs with market‑facing narratives, talking points, and supporting materials for pursuits.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across Next Frontier content under guidance from senior stakeholders.
- Support activation of GTM content across priority channels and forums.
Research and Insights Support:
- Conduct research on frontier technology trends across Next‑Gen AI, Quantum, and Physical AI.
- Summarize technical, industry, and market inputs into clear briefs and narrative inputs.
- Support synthesis of inputs from internal SMEs, analysts, and ecosystem partners.
- Track relevant market, regulatory, and technology developments and highlight implications for GTM storytelling.
- Assist in grounding value stories and business cases in market context and evidence.
- Content Refinement and Continuous Improvement:
- Review and refine GTM content and narratives to improve clarity and relevance.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and client interactions to strengthen messaging.
- Support updates to stories and materials as technologies, offerings, and market conditions evolve.
- Help optimize formats and channels to improve reach and effectiveness of GTM assets.
- Partnering and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Next Frontier Commercialization team and GTM stakeholders to support narrative development.
- Collaborate with technology, industry, and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Build effective working relationships that support smooth execution and timely delivery of GTM materials.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 8–10 years of experience across marketing, GTM, brand, research, or market‑facing roles.
- Experience supporting content creation, storytelling, or GTM initiatives in technology or innovation‑led environments.
- Basic understanding of GTM and sales enablement concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
- Hands‑on proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and basic Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
