And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.
The opportunity
EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on–brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms.
As a Supervising Associate — Art Director with a focus on events, you will guide the creative vision and execution for event-specific collateral, ensuring that every piece, from large-format prints to digital displays, is engaging, on-brand, and visually stunning. Your expertise will be instrumental in orchestrating the creative aspects of EY's Internal and External events, from initial brainstorming to final production, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver immersive experiences that align with EY's brand values and strategic objectives. With a flair for transforming spaces and concepts into memorable events, your role is crucial in creating designs that not only captivate but also create a lasting impact on attendees.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions and provide production support for a diverse range of event and conference materials, including large-format prints, brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, motion graphics, and social media content.
- Generate strategically sound concepts, rapidly prototype, storyboard, and carry through to post-production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with external production houses and creative agencies to ensure that design concepts are executed to the highest standards, maintaining consistent communication to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strictly adhere to EY brand guidelines while striving to surpass standards in aesthetics, quality, timeliness, budget, and efficiency.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, web standards, and industry developments, and encourage the adoption of these practices within the team and among stakeholders.
- Offer creative and art direction, collaborate with team members to address challenges, and proactively seek resolution when needed.
- Actively seek opportunities to incorporate popular trends, creative thinking, and innovative executional methods to enhance user experiences.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, accurately interpret design briefs, and present ideas clearly.
- Lead project discussions with a focus on stakeholder needs and satisfaction.
- Present unique and persuasive design solutions to stakeholders, guiding them towards optimal design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices in design and foster their professional growth.
- Manage deadlines efficiently and juggle multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Engage in and contribute to various organizational initiatives, adding value beyond the immediate scope of work.
Skills and attributes for success
- A user-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach.
- Exceptional project management skills, including risk management and team management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality output on time and within budget.

- An innovative mindset that transforms client problems into compelling and inspiring creative solutions.
- Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and communicate effectively.
