Communications and Engagement – Metrics and Channel Reporting 

The opportunity

The position is for the team within EY Brand, Marketing and Communications in GDS team and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement pillar.

This position will work with our stakeholder team to manage communications data, create insightful reports and dashboards to make communications more data driven and manage CE channels.

Your key responsibilities

• Timely and accurate addition of all data for delivered communications to the Management Information Application (MIA).
• Creation of metrics reports for all communications activities, showcasing function performance in PowerPoint presentations to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Operational support for communication dissemination on EY channels of communication and SharePoint.
• Coordinate the setup of leadership emails for delivery via Broadcast Center (tool specific to EY).
• Develop toolkits for the stakeholder on Modern SharePoint.
• Assist with the creation of metrics reports for multiple functions using PowerPoint.
• Handle logistics and provide operational support for webcasts on platforms like Kaltura and MS Teams.
• Create, maintain, and update distribution lists using the One Access tool.
• Submit tickets to the BMC ticketing system for updates on the intranet and Broadcast Center.
• Interact and collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects.

• Support EY brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines
• Pursue and share best practices within the team
• Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Overall 8-10 years’ experience and 7-9 years’ CE experience
• Graduate – Bachelor’s or master’s degree – preferably in English literature/Mass communication/Journalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Broadcast Center, One Access, and other relevant communication tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Business acumen to understand the leadership strategy and translate it in the deliverables prepared
• Eagerness and be a fast learner who is willing to expand on core skills
