The opportunity
As the Web Publishing Specialist supporting the Oceania digital and web team, the candidate will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the web production team to translate business needs into clear delivery plans and manage team priorities across competing requests. The role combines oversight of production activities in Adobe Experience Manager with team leadership, workflow planning and proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure the right work is prioritised, resourced and delivered on time. This includes aligning requests to business objectives, advising on the best use of templates and modules, coordinating quality control and approvals, and maintaining high-performing pages and digital experiences.
Your key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives, scope requirements and translate briefs into clear delivery plans for the web team
- Guide a team of AEM specialists by supporting priorities, coordinating work allocation and enabling capability building and cross-functional training to improve delivery outcomes
- Upload and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for ey.com and related sites
- Comfortable in using Content Management System (CMS) - managing, creating, and publishing the pages
- Drive prioritisation across incoming work, balancing business impact, deadlines and team capacity to keep delivery on track
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, designers and approvers to align expectations, remove blockers and ensure delivery commitments are met
- Advise stakeholders on the best use of AEM templates, modules and content approaches to meet business and marketing objectives
- Good with image selection with respective to the content
- Must have experience and be comfortable working closely with global teams
- Be professional, confident and enthusiastic; adapt to flexible work timings; demonstrate exceptional work ethics and customer focus
- Familiar with different content management systems
- Possess a basic understanding of HTML
- Possess an eye for design and basic knowledge in design software.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience managing stakeholders across a complex digital environment, including balancing global and local priorities
- Understands website best practices (image sizing, link placements, responsive design)
- Understanding of key SEO principles, including on-page optimisation, metadata and search-friendly content structure
- Familiar working in content management and digital asset management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
- An eye for presentation and attention to detail
- Possess a mindset to learn things and undertake add-on responsibilities
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Understanding of AEM tool and complete understanding of diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring its optimal performance
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Understanding of HTML
- Experience with visual asset management

What we look for
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in using AEM
- Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling
