The opportunity
As the Marketing Program Specialist, you will orchestrate end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) program leaders and managers. By leveraging your proven expertise in campaign management and Brand & Marketing, you will craft and execute strategic campaign plans, oversee budgets and timelines, and analyze performance metrics. Your role will also involve nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all campaigns align with our rigorous quality and effective standards.
As a Marketing Program Specialist, you will be hands-on in campaign and event execution. From devising timelines and managing budgets to handling various campaign channels such as social media, digital, events, and print, ensures successful execution of internal and client facing events for the firm. Analyzing campaign/event performance and deriving insights will also be a key responsibility.
Your key responsibilities
Campaign support
- Devise, execute and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning initiatives with business objectives and leveraging EY’s business insights.
- Methodically track, manage and report on campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Forge strong partnerships with Global Delivery Services, external vendors and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve campaign goals.
- Employ analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics) to fine‑tune campaigns, assess performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Produce comprehensive performance reports and insights for executive‑level stakeholders to support decision‑making.
- Provide essential administrative and operational support to the BMC team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and preparation of decks and presentations.
- Conceptualize, organize and execute hybrid experience formats such as webinars, podcasts and roundtables, targeting the most relevant buyer segments.
Event and experience support
- Consult with the event sponsor and/or requester to understand end‑to‑end requirements of the event.
- Conduct venue research in conjunction with preferred meeting management companies and make recommendations on meeting locations by taking a detailed brief, ascertaining all event requirements, and suggesting suitable event solutions.
- Comply with and promote firm guidelines and policies throughout the event lifecycle.
- Manage all elements of delegate management, including list creation, updates, communication and on‑site coordination.
- Consult with the event program manager to ensure EY brand compliance across the full event process, including pre‑ and post‑event communication.
- Drive cost efficiencies and negotiate with venues and suppliers, ensuring all value‑adds are reviewed and fully exhausted.
- Prepare the initial event logistics budget and manage it throughout the event lifecycle, including ongoing tracking and reconciliation.
- Prepare on‑site schedules and detailed run sheets for venues and suppliers, ensuring seamless operational execution.
- Coordinate with Technology Support to arrange special event production requirements and on‑site technology needs.
- Audit and submit program‑related invoices for approval and provide full event reconciliation in line with firm procedures.
- Take responsibility for the smooth running of the event on‑site, anticipating potential issues and putting proactive measures in place to resolve them before they occur.
- Demonstrate the ability to resolve complex problems effectively with minimal disruption, leveraging existing solutions and sound judgment.
- Act as the main on‑site point of contact for all suppliers, ensuring agreed service levels are met and actively resolving any issues that arise.
- Take overall responsibility for delegation and direction of the on‑site support team, with flexibility to adjust planning as required.
- Assist in other areas of Events as needed, contributing to broader team success.
- Support and devise ideas/best practices to drive process efficiencies and contribute creativity to enhance overall event delivery.

- Ability to collect, interpret and apply stakeholder feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
- Must have a minimum 8 -10 years of end-to-end campaign management experience, event management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or similar sectors. Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects.
- Must be experienced with all Microsoft Office Tools with competence in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills must be able to communicate clearly and with authenticity to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings.
- Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of running large, logistically complex Global events
- Knowledge of meeting industry software, CRM, including web registration & digital marketing applications
- Demonstrable ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders, and peers
- Personal travel experience and geographic knowledge
- Interest in project management and technical/digital affinity
- Able to work virtually and with flexible shift timing
