The opportunity

 

The position is for a Sr. Marketing Program Coordinator within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Brand & Marketing pillar. The Sr. Marketing Program Coordinator will support multiple BMC programs across external digital platforms (such as the website, social media and the alumni portal) and internal communications channels (including the intranet, newsletters and employee engagement platforms), while also supporting various phases of event execution to ensure every interaction delivers an exceptional stakeholder experience. The successful candidate will manage several concurrent activities, demonstrating strong multi‑tasking abilities, prioritization, organizational discipline and time‑management skills, and will be responsible for supporting the seamless delivery of key marketing, campaign and event activities by partnering closely with program and project leaders to drive operational excellence and impactful outcomes.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Campaign Support

 

  • Under limited supervision from the digital leader, generating written promotional posts (e.g., social media posts, go-to-market and recruiting, web posts, internal comms, etc.), based on pre-existing content (e.g., events, bios, news, thought leadership, etc.) and gaining appropriate reviews and approvals.
  • Support posting of content on all marketing platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram), website, intranet and Discover.
  • Support coordination with BMC teams on above content dissemination to align with and leverage the different programs
  • Support coordination with service line, regional, sector BMC teams on content dissemination
  • Create reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the BMC digital campaigns for BMC leaders and other stakeholders
  • Support other day-to-day activities and monitoring around digital program, including the information mailbox, media tracking tools, social feeds, and addressing needs as appropriate
  • Maintain reports to monitor progress of projects and placement of postings
  • Continuous focus on process improvement, impact, ROI, effectiveness, and efficiency

 

 

Experience & Event Support

 

  • Support marketing and events activities targeting both external and internal audiences including:
    • Event preparation
    • Participant management
    • Managing attendee communication
    • Facilitating vendor onboarding for events
    • Content and database management
    • Logistics and event execution
    • Event–related research and analysis
    • Support Event marketing communication
    • Post–event activities
  • Plan, manage and execute high-impact employee engagement events and deliver best-in-class B2B client event experiences and market activations in multiple formats (in-person, virtual or hybrid) and in varying scales on-time and on-budget
  • Collaborate with firm stakeholders, Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) teams and outside agencies/vendors to effectively bring events to life from conception, development, execution, follow-ups, measurement and more
  • Support all logistical matters related to a successful event, including virtual platform recommendations, venue sourcing, invitation development, list management, event promotion, registration, rooming, speakers, gifts, on-site support, follow-up communications to attendees, management of budgets and invoices, contracts, procurement, and independence, as well as lead tracking and reporting
  • Take a proactive, planned approach to events, applying equal focus on pre- and post-event activities, including social media and content opportunities that can be derived from events
  • Present your own creative out of the box ideas for new and upcoming events, including to senior stakeholders across the firm, and stay on top of the latest event trends to continuously innovate and elevate our event experiences
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing recommendations, proactively communicating updates, and closing the loop thereafter
  • Effectively measure the ROI of events you drive (e.g., lead generation, funnel growth), as well as the national reporting framework for all events hosted by our Markets organization
  • Travel and overtime may be required at times

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Project management experience – ideally professionally qualified.
  • Experience in a corporate travel and events environment.
  • Affinity for digital properties including websites and social media, and preferably experience writing exclusively for these platforms.
  • Digital campaign execution experience with a focus on multi‑channel analytics.
  • Technology savvy, with the ability to quickly come up to speed in various marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media scheduling platforms, SharePoint, web content management systems, data analytics tools, etc.).
  • A strong organizational, detail‑ and process‑oriented skillset to manage the volume and precision required to promote world‑class content in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be a real team player, able to work closely in an agile, fast‑paced environment and demonstrate impact.
  • Quickly build knowledge of the business, including key priorities, structure, internal audiences, core offerings and client issues across sectors, service lines and geographies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach and strong commitment to quality.
  • Reactivity and the ability to manage emergencies, think out of the box and adapt to last‑minute changes and business dynamics.
  • Ability to investigate and propose service and process improvements based on understanding of the business environment.

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • A bachelor's degree in any related discipline like Marketing, Business Studies or creatively similar
  • 5 to 7 Years’ experience in relevant work
  • Excellent communication skills - written, oral, presentation and engagement
  • Experience working with clients from different countries
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects at a global level
  • High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work outside of normal hours when required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Technical skills:  advanced knowledge of MS Office, comfortable using IT database systems
  • Strong knowledge of technology and various platforms including social media platforms, web content management platforms, data analytics, etc

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • B2B marketing skills, with experience in professional services or similar industries
  • Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge
  • To think strategically/end-to-end with result-oriented mindset
  • To build rapport within the firm and win the trust of the clients
  • Personal travel experience and geographic knowledge
  • Interest on project management and technical/digital affinity
  • Excel at spoken and written English in a global environment. Needs to have experience communicating with various cultures and to be able to articulate and grasp information in a very diverse environment where we deal with multiple accents and versions of English across the globe
