Summary

We are looking for two highly skilled data and reporting senior associates to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and analysing the quality of incoming and existing marketable data, defining and delivering strategic marketing automation reporting and analysis, and giving BMC visibility of all campaign metrics across all platforms.

The practice also works closely with the Region/Service Line/BD team to enable business decisions with the help of data analysis and reporting (sales and pipeline, revenue etc). This role requires the ability to combine strong analytical skills and a strategic mind set with real-world perspective driven by an understanding of both clients’ experiences and broader marketplace drivers. A collaborative mind set is also crucial, as the person in this role will have a key role to play in supporting networks.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the build of a fully functioning marketing database that gives BMC visibility and management of target audiences
  • Support with data standardisation, cleansing and updating to ensure data is kept accurate and clean
  • Support with managing consented data and working with teams to provide insights into re-engagement
  • Support in identifying and maintaining key target audience groups across UK Priority accounts and input into the dashboards.
  • Give BMC visibility of all campaign metrics across all platforms
  • Track BMC achievement against strategic objectives.
  • Train the team on the new database
  • Impart knowledge to team members on data quality and best practices. Also conduct discussions with wider BMC colleagues and team members on improvements
  • Support on delivery of the data strategy working with the relevant leads across the workstreams as needed
  • Input into the BMC onboarding of the new CRM system

  • Capable of engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of their programs/initiatives.
  • Interact effectively and maintain good rapport among a diverse group of team members, customers, and colleagues, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
  • Interact directly with the stakeholders to capture first level requirements for the projects and capture the requirements for complex projects
  • Effectively handle routine tasks including follow-up and respond appropriately to unexpected situations, communicating the concerns to the CoE leadership as required
  • Demonstrate best work practices within department and among other teams
  • Team management and mentoring skills

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, preferably with a Marketing Automation solution such as Marketo, Cvent, Clever Tap and CRMs such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong excel skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding Knowledge of GDPR compliance and risk management
  • Strong research skills

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Graduate / Post-graduate degree - (Business Administration and Management) with 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Understanding of GDPR and its impact on data management

 

 

Technologies and Tools

  • MS Office - Demonstrated expert level experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Expert level experience in Power BI.
