The opportunity

The position is for a team within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The candidate will be supporting the team and will be working with the social media marketing teams to support paid media investments, several stakeholders across multiple business areas and volume of campaigns . This will be end-to-end social media support encompassing all elements of modern-day social media management at a global organization.

 

The position is for an Associate Social Media Manager role. The candidate will be responsible responsible for the maintenance of our contact lists, rate cards, execute the monthly media in market report and area reports, regular updates of the Paid Media Zone/FAQs, generating campaign trafficking codes for key campaigns and analysing campaign data. In addition, the candidate could manage a paid media campaign end-to-end if they have some paid media or digital marketing experience.

 

The candidate will be required to work very closely with marketers, designers, editors, and other approvers to publish relevant, insightful content.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure new briefs and media plans are promptly updated on the master media tracker and archived.
  • Execute the monthly media in market report with oversight form the Global Paid Media Manager.
  • Update and maintain reporting for Area paid media interlock calls to aid in transparency.
  • Collaborate with EssenceMediacom to gather visual confirmations of live campaigns.
  • Diligent record-keeping of rate card details, media partners contacts and Media Champions network. 
  • Maintain the Paid Media Zone and FAQs.
  • Generate trafficking codes for key campaigns.
  • Update and maintain event tracker and other trackers (social access, BRIDGE, Finance).
  • Analysing campaign data.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Diligence in documenting and reporting with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Experience or a strong interest in marketing, paid media, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to new processes or changes without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with digital media and social media campaign management is highly advantageous.


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Knowledge of paid media in digital marketing


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media management especially paid social
  • Ability to hit the ground running and pick up new projects and processes quickly
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organization is essential
  • Experience in coordination & stakeholder management
  • Knowledge and experience in influencer marketing
  • Good communication skills
  • B2B marketing, with experience in professional services or similar industries
  • Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge


Technologies and Tools

  • MS Office — Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Tracking social media insights through dashboards like Sprinklr, Facebook insights, Twitter insights, Adobe Experience Manager, etc
