Performance Marketing– Supervising Associate

 

The opportunity

 

The position is for a team within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The candidate will support global social media and marketing teams by delivering performance-driven insights, analytics, and measurement frameworks across social media and influencer programs. The role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, deriving actionable insights, and optimizing strategies to enhance engagement, ROI, and brand impact. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global counterparts to ensure data-led decision making and continuous performance improvement.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Connect with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and define measurement frameworks and KPIs
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance across platforms
  • Convert complex datasets into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-ready reports (PowerPoint storytelling)
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
  • Develop data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and audience targeting
  • Build dashboards and performance reports using social media analytics tools
  • Conduct social listening and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams based on performance data
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in reporting and analytics deliverables
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and influencer teams to align performance insights with business goals

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Experience in marketing measurement, analytics, and reporting
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, concise narratives and presentations
  • Understanding of social media metrics, KPIs, and benchmarking frameworks
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and performance tracking tools
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Experience in data analytics, social media measurement, or digital marketing performance
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies
  • Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards and reporting tools
  • Strong collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Experience in B2B marketing analytics or professional services environment
  • Exposure to influencer performance measurement and attribution models
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  • Experience working in matrixed global organizations

 

 

Technologies and Tools

 

  • Social media analytics and listening tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Platform analytics: LinkedIn Insights, Facebook Insights, Twitter/X Analytics, etc
  • MS Office — Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (storytelling), Word
  • Dashboarding and reporting tools for performance tracking
