The opportunity

EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on–brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human — across multiple media platforms.

 

As a Supervising Associate — Creative Manager, you will lead a creative team that excels in designing and deploying innovative, out-of-box solutions that help EY win bigger and better in the marketplace. Working closely with the CoE leader, Global Creative Director, and other function heads on a day-to-day basis, you will set the vision and build strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery, effective stakeholder management and efficient people management. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, you can anticipate changes, identify competitive opportunities, and lead transformational initiatives in an evolving creative ecosystem.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a large creative team of creative designers, art directors, project managers and project coordinators, to deliver best-in-class service
  • Lead and project-manage complex, high-visibility projects, navigate any ambiguity and act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Build and sustain a high-performing team by driving efficient people management processes that involve staffing, coaching, learning and development, and performance management
  • Collaborate with other creative managers to build creative and operational best practices that align with the business objectives and strategy to provide exceptional service delivery
  • Successfully manage the service-level agreements (SLAs) of your team through regular metrics monitoring and proactive redressal of any anticipated risks
  • Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with high standard leadership skills and growth strategy*
  • Strong knowledge of visual design and creative strategy and be well-versed with execution of creative vision within the modern digital landscape
  • Experience and proficiency in both Mac and PC environments, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook and all relevant digital tools
  • Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
  • 10+ years of overall experience in a global environment, preferably
  • Minimum 3 years of creative management experience in a related industry working in a fast-paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment.

 

Location specific qualification requirements may differ for Manila, Poland, and Argentina.  Kindly consult with respective Talent SPOCs for specific information.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience of managing or leading workstreams and project initiatives on large scale transformation projects

 

Technologies and Tools

  • Experience and proficiency in both Mac and PC environments, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook and all relevant digital tools
