Job Title and Summary:

We are looking for Senior Associate resources to join the BI Assembly team to support upcoming workload and ensure continued delivery of quality results. These roles require strong communication skills, basic proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

As part of the BI Assembly team, you will contribute to managing workload efficiently by supporting various tasks with attention to detail and adaptability. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow in a dynamic environment with flexible location options.

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as Assembly SMR (Subject Matter Representative), ensuring end to end quality adherence to BI Assembly standards before final delivery.
• Lead review and sign off cycles, validating accuracy, consistency across BI deliverables.
• Provide functional guidance and on the job mentoring to team members, especially new joiners and shadow resources.
• Coordinate with PMO and cross functional teams to manage sprint priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify process gaps, rework trends, and quality risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Own and maintain review checklists, QC trackers, and process documentation to ensure audit ready outputs.
• Support transition, automation, and tool enhancements by validating outputs during UAT and post deployment phases.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex Assembly queries, delivery risks, and quality concerns.
• Ensure workload balancing and capacity planning during peak volumes to meet SLAs without quality impact.

• Strong reviewer mindset with the ability to detect data inconsistencies, formatting gaps, and insight   misalignment.
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and track work in fast paced, high volume environments.
• High level of process discipline with consistent adherence to BI Assembly standards and templates.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, client ready insights through structured presentations.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable handling stakeholder expectations and responding to feedback constructively.
• Resilient and adaptable during peak seasons, transitions, and evolving project requirements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Open to candidates based anywhere (flexible location).

Preferred/Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Insight or related support roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional data or reporting tools is advantageous.

• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, PowerBI (Beginner level)
