Job Title: Global Brand Marketing and Communications Measurements and Insights Leader

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global Brand Marketing and Communications Measurements and Insights Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have both hands on experience building analytics and decision support systems and a proven track record of interacting with C-suite executives to align marketing strategies with corporate objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who has designed global strategic scorecards and is adept at operating within large, matrixed organizations. The successful candidate will manage geographically dispersed teams and will be flexible to work non-standard hours to support our global stakeholder base.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global marketing and communications measurement framework that aligns with the strategic priorities of the organization.
  • Design and maintain global strategic scorecards that cascade into tactical metrics to ensure consistent performance tracking across all marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with C-suite executives to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable marketing measurement strategies.
  • Operate effectively within a heavily matrixed organization, collaborating with various departments to achieve marketing and communications objectives.
  • Manage and mentor multiple teams that are not co-located, ensuring high performance and alignment with global strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Work non-standard hours as necessary to accommodate meetings and collaborations with stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics and communications measurement to continuously improve our practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of analytics experience with a substantial portion of that being in a global B2B marketing environment.
  • Extensive experience interacting with C-suite executives and understanding their strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement global strategic scorecards and tactical metrics.
  • Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations and navigating complex corporate structures.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours to support a global stakeholder base.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Significant experience with Adobe Analytics and Power BI
