The Opportunity
Working as a member of the wider BMC in GDS team, the Studio & Events Production Lead will manage and deliver events for our stakeholders keeping Studio management at the forefront of the events covered. This individual will manage the Studio operations, different phases of designing, planning, and executing events, ensuring that every encounter delivers an exceptional experience for our stakeholders. He/she will also be expected to lead the creation of compelling visual and experiential content through studio shoots, recordings, and live event coverage. The candidate should be able to manage several concurrent requests, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
Your key responsibilities:
Event Coverage & Live Production
- Capture live events through photography, videography, and real-time content creation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute on-site coverage of key EY events.
- Produce highlight reels, recap videos, and promotional assets post-event.
- Work closely with AV and tech teams to ensure seamless live streaming and recording.
- Provide creative direction during events to ensure brand-aligned storytelling.
- Edit and deliver content for internal communications, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Serve as the central point of contact for events requiring management support, including pre-planning, execution, on-site coordination (if needed), and post-event activities.
- Liaise with internal EY teams such as Technology, BMC, BMC Procurement, Talent Procurement, and WES to coordinate processes.
- Consult with event sponsors/requesters to understand end-to-end event requirements.
- Collaborate with the GDS M&E team to source suitable venues, taking detailed briefs to recommend appropriate event solutions.
- Ensure adherence to and promotion of firm guidelines and policies.
Studio & Content Production
- Lead and manage studio operations for video shoots, audio recordings, and creative sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and produce branded content aligned with EY’s messaging.
- Direct and supervise studio shoots, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
- Organize rehearsals and pre-production planning to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct location recces for off-site shoots and assess suitability for visual storytelling.
- Maintain studio equipment and ensure readiness for high-quality production.
- Partner with creative teams to develop scripts, shot lists, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards across all content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize studio resource utilization and scheduling.
- Manage booking and scheduling of studio time
- Maintain and manage inventory of studio equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and upkeep.
- Collaborate with technical staff to uphold high production standards and troubleshoot any issues.
- Support training and development initiatives for studio personnel to enhance capabilities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams utilizing studio resources for various projects
Creative Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with BMC, Talent, and leadership teams to identify content opportunities.
- Stay updated on trends in visual storytelling, studio tech, and digital media.
- Recommend innovative formats and approaches to enhance audience engagement.
- Contribute to the development of EY’s content strategy through creative input and execution.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Must have a minimum 8 -10 years of event management skills and experience
- Must be experienced with all Microsoft Office Tools with competency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have knowledge on studio equipment and studio management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills must be able to communicate clearly and with authenticity to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of running large, logistically complex Global events
- Knowledge of meeting industry software, CRM, including web registration & digital marketing applications
- Demonstrable ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders, and peers
- Personal travel experience and geographic knowledge
- Interest on project management and technical/digital affinity
- Able to work virtually and with flexible shift timing
