Associate – SCS Operations
The opportunity
We are looking for Associate – SCS Operations, who will be responsible for processing all GDS vendor related invoices and working with GDS users on the PR to PO process. As part of the team, you will be expected to deliver high-quality services to stakeholders across locations , service lines and categories.
Your key responsibilities
- Familiarity and experience in AP process and good to have SAP knowledge
- Prioritize critical, overdue, aging invoices for action and move to AP.
- Ensure back up resources available during planned leaves
- Able to expedite urgent deliverables based on business requirements
- Focus on process improvement ideas.
- Review/creation of Shopping cart in the Mercury (SAP System) for all GDS locations and ensure PO’s are delivered on time to requestors/vendors
- Participate in location specific meeting with finance team and BRM to review aging and outstanding invoices.
- Ensure project related reports are updated on time with correct data
- Communicate process updates, status reports, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- All the deliverables including invoices moved to AP and PR to PO process are executed with high quality standards to avoid rejection and rework

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
- Overall experience of 1 – 5 Years
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of corporate experience with Invoice and PR to PO process
- Flexible to support various Global time zones
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
- Strong deadline orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time accordingly.
