Job Title:Assistant Director

Reporting to:Assistant Director

Accountabilities

• Lead and deliver the Consulting engagements internal and external to EY
• Conduct process improvement workshops with Service Delivery to identify the gaps and provide recommendations
• Partner with Automation team to execute large scale and small scale implementations
• Stakeholder and Change Management
• Partner with Service Delivery team in strategic initiatives and in implementing organization wide strategic initiatives
• Conduct trainings/ awareness sessions on Quality tools and LSS as and when required
• Lead and mentor continuous improvement projects as per Lean Six Sigma methodology

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External

• Experience in driving Consulting engagements independently
• Exposoure to latest AI Tools and Technology
• Experience in handling Finance & Accounts related Continuous improvement Projects
• Experienced professional in executing process improvement initiatives (work experience more than 8 years)
• Black Belt Certified / trained
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence
• Evidence of influencing and change management skills
