EY Global Procurement | Supply Chain Services (SCS)– SRM Team: Assistant Director

This position is part of GDS Supply Chain Services (SCS)– SRM Team and reports to the Associate Director - SRM. This position serves a critical finance role in supporting the SRM activities for Talent contract

The opportunity
The primary responsibility will be overseeing the SRM process, working with business teams to raise critical issues, serve as initial point of contact for business to advise on all aspects of contract – including contractual, commercial, performance and governance aspects; policies and protocols; and tools. Need to work closely with Suppliers, Finance, FAMT, GCO and other stakeholders and provides accurate and timely information for smooth functioning of contractual operations processes. The resource identified will also be responsible to liaise and drive all SRM activities from a contract angle by interacting with various stakeholders (India and Overseas) to provide timely and qualitative inputs

Your key responsibilities

• Train teams on SRM process
• Assist business and supplier in stabilizing their BAU process – from contractual, commercial, performance and governance perspective
• Support business on any critical issues through raising priority tickets
• Serve as bridge between EY stakeholders and supplier to ensure effective management of contract
• Promptly discuss and escalates challenges and disputes to a network of functional experts across Talent, Finance, legal, risk etc.
• Team across SRM to share their insights, knowledge, and leading practices to enhance support to business
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of operations
• Ensure timely compliances of applicable statutes
• Identify areas for process improvements/automations and implementation

• To qualify for the role, you must have
• Strong supplier and customer relationship skills
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, ability to simplify complex issues, inquisitive mindset, ability to communicate at all levels
• Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint and handling large amount of data sets and tasks
