  • Support performance reporting, financial analysis and executive commentary across Growth & Innovation priorities.
  • Define and collate meaningful financial and non-financial measures, including forward-looking indicators, to assess performance and contribution.
  • Analyse monthly results, opportunities, engagements, investments and demand drivers; translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Build scenarios, projections and business cases.
  • Support planning, budgeting and forecasting; challenge assumptions and produce concise leadership briefings and decision-oriented narratives.

Data, reporting and continuous improvement

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting models and analytical tools that explain performance and underlying drivers.
  • Improve data quality, lineage, reconciliation, controls and documentation, with clear ownership and sustainable issue resolution.
  • Partner across Finance, Markets, Regions, Service Lines and Technology to align solutions and share leading practices.

Leadership contribution

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Growth & Innovation CFO and senior stakeholders, balancing pace, insight quality, risk and practical delivery.
  • Drive workstreams independently across time zones, manage competing priorities and influence effectively in a global matrix.
  • Coach colleagues in analytical thinking, digital fluency, AI-assisted ways of working and executive storytelling.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong grounding in FP&A, corporate financial management, performance management, scenario modelling and business cases.
  • Advanced analytical and commercial judgement; able to combine financial and non-financial data, challenge assumptions and distinguish signal from noise.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, prioritised use cases, testable solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Keen interest in hands-on generative AI capability.
  • Experience creating reusable prompts, agent instructions, skills, templates and playbooks for analysis, commentary, scenario modelling and leadership reporting.
  •  Excellent spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills and the confidence to engage and influence senior executives across regions and cultures.
  •  Intellectually curious and collaborative, able to deliver independently under pressure.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience across FP&A, strategic finance, business analysis, reporting, analytics or finance transformation, preferably in a global professional-services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing digital, automation or AI-enabled solutions with measurable process or decision-support improvement

Preferred technical experience

Strong Excel and data extraction skills (e.g., Analysis Servers cubes, SQL); experience with PowerPoint, Power BI/Power Query. Experience working with Copilot is an advantage.

Success in the role

  • Leadership receives timely, forward-looking insight with clear implications and actions.
  • Priority reporting and planning processes become more consistent, controlled and efficient.
  • AI use cases become reusable workflows with defined owners, validation and measurable value.
  • Finance colleagues strengthen analytical, advisory and AI-enabled delivery capabilities.
  • Data, governance and quality standards embedded in traditional and AI-assisted workflows
