  • Act as a subject matter resource on Global Ecosystem Enablement processes, tools, documentation and operating rhythms, serving as a first point of contact for queries, issue triage, resolution coordination and stakeholder guidance.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by assessing current-state workflows, identifying pain points, eliminating duplication, simplifying handoffs, standardizing repeatable activities and recommending practical improvements that increase efficiency, quality, speed and stakeholder experience.
  • Identify and support opportunities for intelligent automation and AI-enabled productivity improvements, including use cases for workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, content generation, reporting support, data validation, process tracking, meeting productivity and self-service guidance.
  • Partner with onshore alliance leaders, GDS enablement teams, technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into structured workplans, clear milestones, decision points, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
  • Build, maintain and continuously refresh process documentation, playbooks, operating guides, stakeholder overviews, leadership summaries, templates and best-practice repositories to enable consistent global execution and knowledge continuity.
  • Convert complex partner ecosystem processes, requirements and updates into clear, user-friendly communications, guidance notes, executive-ready summaries, training materials, process maps and stakeholder-facing content.
  • Manage the structured review and refresh cadence for Global Ecosystem Enablement reference materials, ensuring content accuracy, version control, access management, SharePoint hygiene, ownership clarity and timely updates across relevant platforms.
  • Support data-driven operations by consolidating inputs, tracking progress, monitoring key operational metrics, preparing insights, highlighting trends and developing leadership-ready dashboards, reports and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate collaboration across enablement workstreams, geographies and stakeholder groups to create stronger connection points, improve transparency, reduce execution friction and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines and outcomes.
  • Support internal EY ecosystem leadership meetings, governance forums and stakeholder reviews by developing agendas, pre-read materials, executive content, decision logs, action trackers, follow-up notes and logistics support.
  • Program manage special projects and strategic initiatives across the partner ecosystem landscape, including process standardization, tool/process enhancements, knowledge management, budget tracking, communications planning, stakeholder engagement and change adoption.
  • Manage onshore stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, structured planning, disciplined follow-through, timely escalation of risks and delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to agreed timelines and priorities.
