Job Summary:
The GDS Alliance Operations Lead Analyst for Europe Central will operate as part of the GDS Alliances Program Operations CoE, supporting one or more strategic alliances within the Global Alliances & Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. The role will provide structured program operations, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, content management, and execution support to help regional alliance leadership run an effective, insight-led, and scalable operating model. The incumbent will work closely with alliance, market, contracts, finance, training, BMC, and enablement stakeholders to track priorities, manage operational cadence, improve process discipline, and enable timely execution of alliance initiatives. The role will also contribute to performance improvement, simplification, and automation opportunities, including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, enhance reporting narratives, and strengthen operational consistency across the alliance portfolio.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Operations & PMO Support
- Serve as the central operations and PMO coordination point for regional alliance activities, ensuring priorities, workstreams, owners, timelines, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups are clearly captured and tracked.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities that enable leadership effectiveness, including meeting preparation, action tracking, stakeholder follow-ups, document readiness, issue escalation, and recurring governance support.
- Support governance cadence, annual and quarterly planning cycles, leadership reviews, QBRs, and initiative execution tracking by maintaining integrated trackers, status updates, and leadership-ready summaries.
Relationship & Contract Management
- Support governance, relationship management, and deal-related coordination in collaboration with Ecosystem Contracts, alliance leadership, legal, finance, and market teams, ensuring documentation and process steps are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Act as an extended operations arm of the alliance function to maintain continuity across stakeholders, drive alignment on next steps, and support closure of open actions across regional and global teams.
- Facilitate tracking and coordination of agreement localization, partner program requirements, approvals, escalations, and related process milestones, while maintaining clear audit trails and status visibility.
Communication & Content Management
- Facilitate development and management of internal communication assets, including:
Internal newsletters and updates - SharePoint content management and enhancements
- Executive-ready presentations for leadership forums and QBRs
- Coordinate with Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) teams as required
Strategic Reporting & Insights
- Develop presentation-ready insights, performance narratives, and executive summaries using pipeline, revenue, certification, enablement, governance, and operational data as applicable.
- Ensure adherence to data quality, version control, reporting standards, and consistent definitions across recurring dashboards, leadership packs, and ad hoc analysis.
- Collaborate with finance reporting owners and alliance stakeholders to avoid duplication, reconcile data points, identify performance trends, and convert reporting outputs into clear business actions.
Stakeholder Mapping & Analysis
- Maintain and periodically update mappings of industry leads (EY and alliance partner) at a country level
- Continuously enhance mapping approaches based on evolving business needs
Event & Sponsorship Support
- Provide operational coordination for regional events and sponsorship initiatives
- Support planning, execution, and alignment with alliance and market priorities
Certification & Training Coordination
- Oversee certification and training alignment with global and practice teams
- Track certifications, competencies, and training initiatives
- Ensure streamlined execution and minimize duplication
- Scope and level of involvement to be aligned considering alliance-driven ownership models
Performance Improvement, Automation & Simplification
- Identify recurring pain points, manual processes, reporting inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks across alliance workflows, and recommend practical improvements to enhance speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.
- Support process mapping, standard operating procedure documentation, knowledge repositories, and control checks to enable consistent execution and easier transition of responsibilities across teams.
- Leverage approved AI-enabled tools, automation utilities, and productivity technologies to simplify trackers, automate repetitive tasks, improve insight generation, draft leadership-ready content, and strengthen decision support while complying with data security and responsible AI guidelines.
- Measure the impact of improvement initiatives through agreed metrics such as cycle time reduction, effort saved, reporting accuracy, stakeholder satisfaction, adoption, and reduction in rework.
Tools & Systems Coordination
- Manage access requests, issue resolution, and usage tracking
- Act as a coordination point for tool-related governance and adoption
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Alliance and ecosystem operations: Working understanding of strategic alliance operating models, partner programs, GTM motions, co-sell/co-market processes, enablement governance, and opportunity lifecycle in technology and professional services environments.
- Program and project management discipline: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, governance forums, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and deliverables with structured tracking and strong follow-through.
- Stakeholder and relationship management: Ability to engage senior onshore stakeholders, alliance teams, market teams, global functions, and external partner contacts with professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment.
- Data analysis, reporting, and business insights: Comfort working with pipeline, revenue, certification, training, governance, and operational data; ability to interpret trends, identify anomalies, create dashboards or trackers, and convert data into clear executive narratives.
- Executive communication and content development: Strong business writing, storytelling, presentation development, and synthesis skills to create concise, leadership-ready updates, QBR materials, newsletters, SharePoint content, and decision-support documents.

Job Requirements:
Academics:
- MBA, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, technology, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
- Project/program management certification, process improvement certification, or relevant alliance/technology partner certification would be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications or digital badges in generative AI, responsible AI, AI-enabled productivity, prompt engineering, automation, analytics, or Agentic AI concepts would be highly desirable, particularly where they demonstrate practical application in business operations, reporting, process improvement, knowledge management, or stakeholder enablement.
Experience:
- 9+ years of progressive, relevant experience in alliance operations, program management, business operations, sales/GTM enablement, ecosystem support, consulting operations, or technology partner enablement.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment, with exposure to governance routines, executive reporting, process coordination, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience in reporting, dashboarding, content development, stakeholder tracking, or operational improvement initiatives would be beneficial.

Working hours will be aligned to the stakeholder’s working hours and business requirements, with flexibility expected to support global and regional alliance stakeholders across time zones.
