Adobe Analytics Product Manager

Role Summary

 

The Adobe Analytics Product Manager owns the vision, roadmap, and delivery of analytics capabilities that power data-driven decisions across digital experiences. This role leads requirement discovery, solution design, and implementation of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ensuring reliable data collection, trustworthy insights, and operational excellence for stakeholders across Business, Marketing, and Technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) with Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Ability to document and analyze business requirements
  • Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics/CJA
  • Experience defining and executing testing for analytics solutions
  • Strong process orientation for operational support and enablement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Runbook Outline for Analytics Support & Enablement

  • Incident triage workflow (priority levels, escalation paths)
  • Data validation checklist (events, dimensions, identity stitching)
  • Release management steps (tagging, QA, deployment)
  • Enablement sessions schedule (office hours, training modules)
  • Documentation repository structure (taxonomy, governance, FAQs)
  • Metrics tracking and reporting cadence
