As part of Enterprise Technology function, we are seeking Senior Program Manager / Associate Director to drive measurable business value through the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.

The role is responsible for end-to-end program leadership, governance, financial oversight, risk and dependency management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance across business and technology environments. The position combines strategic thinking with practical execution, while leading teams and strengthening project and program management capability.

 

The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director - Project & Program Management to lead strategic programs and enterprise transformation initiatives across the enablement services functions.

As a program leader, you will translate business priorities into practical roadmaps, integrated plans, governance structures, and measurable outcomes. You will work with senior stakeholders, clients, delivery teams, and partners to manage complexity, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain focus on value, quality, cost, and timelines.

The ideal candidate brings broad experience in program management, business transformation,  service transitions, and managed services, together with strong financial, commercial, people leadership, and executive communication skills.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through execution, transition, and closure.
  • Translate strategic objectives into program roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, milestones, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and strengthen PMO frameworks, delivery standards, executive reporting, decision forums, and delivery assurance mechanisms.
  • Oversee program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, cost performance, and progress against approved business cases.
  • Lead business transformation, operating model changes, process improvement, technology-enabled initiatives, service transitions, automation, and digital modernization.
  • Establish effective risk, issue, dependency, change, quality, and escalation management practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead steering committees and executive reviews, communicate program performance and trade-offs, and resolve complex stakeholder and delivery challenges.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, program managers, PMO professionals, workstream leads, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Drive operational readiness and the effective transition of solutions into managed services or business-as-usual operations where applicable.
  • Use project and portfolio platforms, analytics, automation, KPIs, and dashboards to improve transparency, decision-making, predictability, and benefits tracking.
  • Contribute to investment planning, commercial assessments, proposals, solutioning, and continuous improvement of delivery methods and reusable practices.

 

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science / Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically 18+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, PMO leadership, enterprise transformation, managed services, delivery or global operations.
  • Proven experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, senior stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong capability in program governance, integrated planning, financial management, resource planning, risk mitigation, delivery assurance, and executive reporting.
  • Experience delivering business transformation, operating model change, service transition, process improvement, automation, or technology modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate decisions, manage ambiguity, and resolve complex delivery challenges.
  • Experience leading and developing project managers, program managers, PMO professionals, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, executive communication, negotiation, structured problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, with the judgment to select and tailor methods to program needs.
  • Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira

 

Ideally, you will also have

  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or an equivalent project, program, Agile, change, or service management certification.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, IT services, global business services, regulated industries, or a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience contributing to business cases, commercial reviews, proposals, solutioning, or client development activities.
  • Experience establishing PMO or delivery governance capabilities and improving project management maturity.
