Job Title: Sr AI / Gen AI Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Lead to design, build, and scale next-generation AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and multi-agent architectures. The role will focus on developing intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow orchestration, and autonomous execution across enterprise business processes.

As a technical lead, you will drive the architecture and delivery of production-grade Agentic AI platforms, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, knowledge sources, APIs, and decision frameworks. You will mentor engineering teams, establish AI engineering best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation and augmentation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, tools, memory, reasoning frameworks, and autonomous workflows.
• Architect Generative AI systems where to solve complex business problems.
• Work with other team members to implement and deploy AI Agents into production.
• Monitor and manage AI systems in production to ensure that they are meeting performance and reliability requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for building, deploying, and managing AI systems.
• Stay up to date on the latest research and developments in AI and apply new knowledge to our work.
• Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and product managers to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and generative AI.
• 6+ years of experience in software development

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Deep understanding of Agentic AI patterns including reasoning, planning, reflection, memory, tool use, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Experience building autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as:
  • Microsoft Agentic Framework
  • AutoGen
  • LangGraph
  • Semantic Kernel
  • CrewAI
  • OpenAI Agents SDK
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong experience with modern LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Experience with advanced RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and Machine Learning optimization
• Experience with deep learning models such as GANs, diffusion models, and transformers.
• Experience with Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience with distributed computing and scalable systems.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with Machine Learning ethics
• Experience with AI applications in specific domains such as talent management, finance, or manufacturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
