The Opportunity

EY Guyana is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are ready to start their professional careers as a Client Serving Associate within our Tax Service Line (People Advisory Services/Immigration/Compliance).

This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring young professionals who are eager to gain valuable business experience in a global organization. No prior work experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take initiative, and develop their skills in a professional environment.

In this role, you will support our team in providing immigration, compliance, and administrative services to local and international clients. You will work closely with colleagues and clients, assist with documentation and record keeping, and help ensure that client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing immigration, compliance, and other client-related documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in internal databases and systems.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide updates on the status of their requests.
• Support the team in coordinating client inquiries and service requests.
• Liaise with local government and immigration authorities as required.
• Ensure documents and information are submitted accurately and on time.
• Escalate questions, concerns, or changes in immigration and compliance requirements to the management team.
• Provide general administrative support to the Tax Service Line as needed.

What We Look For

• A minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Recent secondary school graduates or individuals looking to start a professional career.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• No prior work experience is required.
