This is an operational position that provides Talent Management and support in-country in line with EY Talent Priorities and policies and procedures.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Human Resource Management:
  1. Administrative tasks: Maintaining employee records, files, and documentation, and performing audits checks
  2. Recruiting: Reviewing resumes, applications, preparing longlists, scheduling interviews,
  3. Onboarding: Coordinating training sessions and orientation for new hires 
  4. Policies and procedures: Assisting with policy and procedure development
  5. Employee welfare: Coordinate programs to improve employee welfare
  6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and maintaining compliance records 
  7. Communication: Maintaining the HR email account, and serving as a point of contact for employees 
  8. Events: Overseeing HR events and meetings
  9. Co-ordinate Performance Management sessions
  10. Co-ordinate Learning & Development assignments
  11. Co-ordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (EY Ripples) initiatives

 

  1. Executive Assistant to the Country Managing Partner
  1. Managing the CMPS's schedule: Planning meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining the calendar 
  2. Supporting projects: Working on specific projects and research, and liaising with internal and external executives 
  3. Improving internal processes: Harmonizing internal and external resources to streamline workflow 
  4. Managing relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders 

 

  1. Procurement Coordinator
  1. Carry out the process of purchasing goods and services carrying out the following activities: Request for quotes, establishment of the criteria for evaluation and elaboration of the comparative table, creation of the Purchase Order (PO), verification of compliance of the PO by the supplier
  2. Perform activities to achieve onboarding of new vendors (Vendor Acquisitions) such as: verification of complete data, conducting a study using the Gis and Client Look up tools to know the restrictions that the supplier has as a customer and verify that it meets the criteria of global independence.
  3. Follow-up of prepayments that require it.
  4. Develop BRET of financial relations in support of the Regional Controller.

 

  1. Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) Coordinator

In this responsibility, you'll operate as a true marketing athlete. You'll focus on market activation of priority campaigns for EY's service lines and solutions. This role is critical in helping deliver impactful go-to-market programs and initiatives to grow pipeline and revenue. You'll leverage and effectively communicate your strong knowledge of the full suite of EY capabilities and solutions to promote and launch marketing initiatives that underpin EY's reputation, fuel our relationships, and help EY stand apart from the competition.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field.
  • Professional Certificate
  • Excellent Computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
