Tender Support Specialist – Public Sector
Location: Katowice hybrid

The Tender Desk Specialist will manage the full cycle of tender processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in coordinating complex tenders across multiple jurisdictions and service lines.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tender management from opportunity qualification to final submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and EY standards;
- Analyze tender documents and develop bid plans and proposal outlines;
- Set and manage internal deadlines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor progress proactively;
- Act as the procurement specialist ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with client expectations;
- Guide the preparation of technical, financial, and administrative documentation including project references and CVs;
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contractual and commercial aspects;
- Communicate with clients and consortium partners regarding clarifications and contractual matters;
- Support the continuous improvement of tender processes and tools within the team.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A higher education degree preferably in business, law, public administration, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in bid management, preferably in public sector or consulting environments;
- Proven experience managing full cycle tender processes;
- Strong understanding of public procurement and tendering regulations;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools;
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are a plus.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proficiency in additional European language(s);
- Experience working with international governmental agencies or public sector organizations;
- Experience in consulting or multinational environments.
