EY GDS Poland, a member of EY's global integrated service delivery center network, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with 3–5 years of hands-on experience across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM. As part of our Global Elite ServiceNow partnership, you’ll work with enterprise clients across industries, especially in industrial and production environments. You will lead solution design, guide delivery teams, and shape scalable architectures that align with business goals.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on industrial and production environments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand operational technology requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architecture.
  • Develop high-level solution designs, roadmaps, and integration strategies for complex ServiceNow implementations.
  • Design and architect scalable solutions for service workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards.
  • Develop architectural documentation, including design specifications, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules aligned with industry best practices.
  • Support project planning, stakeholder communication, and change management efforts to ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentor developers and contribute to internal capability development.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including architecture design and implementation, particularly in ITSM, CMDB environments.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one additional programming language such as C# or Java.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, including clean code, version control, and structured testing.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written; able to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • At least two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
  • Experience working in industrial or production environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture best practices, integrations, and CMDB design is desirable.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in leading project teams and driving discussions with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or economic field is preferred
