Senior Saviynt EIC Consultant
Location: Katowice - 2 days office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
As a Senior Consultant within Digital Identity & Privileged Access Management (IAM) you will be technically minded and process oriented, providing support and advice to our clients on a daily basis. You will belong to an international team of specialists providing advice to our global clients to address information security needs and contributing toward their cybersecurity posture and architectural resilience.
Your key responsibilities
- Perform reviews and assessments of existing Identity & Access Management implementations and adjacent technologies in terms of overall configuration correctness, security and performance.
- Ensure solutions adhere to internal standards and industry best practices.
- Identify areas for process optimization related to Identity & Access Management configuration and maintenance.
- Assess & create solutions to advance the security and usability of digital identity within the enterprise and align with business strategic goals.
- Cross-train with other team members to share knowledge and continuously improve and learn new skills.
- Optimizing existing processes and system components related to Information Security.
- Creating prototypes and proof-of-concept for new/improved modules.
- Researching technological possibilities, analyzing industry trends and influencing overall cybersecurity strategy.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions and digital identity programs in enterprise environments.
Strong practical experience with Saviynt EIC, including one or more of the following areas:
- Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
- Access requests and approvals
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access certifications and recertifications
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Application onboarding and integrations
- Reporting and compliance controls
Good understanding of IAM architecture and security concepts, including:
- Identity governance and administration (IGA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Authentication and authorization
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Zero Trust principles
Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as:
- Java
- SQL
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- LDAP / Active Directory
- SAML 2.0
- OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect
- PKI and certificate-based authentication
- Prior experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Occasional travel might be required as part of your role.
- Very good command of English with preferred C1 certified level
- Other European language advantageous with a higher preference for proficient German and French skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Saviynt certifications (L100, L200, Security Manager, IGA Analyst, or equivalent).
- Display a willingness and keen interest in developing skills within the Cyber Security area, specifically within Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Cloud Security posture & other industry certifications (ISC2, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL)
- AI proficiency personally and at work
